      Negative stares should be an option. MOST DISHONEST BUSINESS, I've ever seen - bar none. I contacted the Priority Toyota - Chesapeake (which is about 2 hours from where I live) inquiring about a vehicle shown on the actual Toyota site. I had 3 different folks reach out, eventually "T_m" who is a Sales Manager got back to me stating he had the vehicle coming in. We spoke on the phone and discussed: 1) their vehicle, 2) my vehicle, 3) Balance of my Platinum Toyota warranty with over 50% of its use left + it's and it's worth, and 4) About the overall deal. I shared what I was offered from another dealership (my local one) who reached looking to buy my vehicle. "T_m" noted what he thought my vehicle was worth (in the ball park, but a bit low, however unseen). Then "T_m" noted he'd make it "worth my while" to make the 2 hour (one way) trip. I was soon alerted at the extent of their deception when they shared their offer which was $****** OVER RETAIL. I thought it was a joke. But then the sales pitch began. It was a rare vehicle, everyone does this, every deal we sold at the holiday had this Market Adjustment! WOW. I noted that other dealerships marked up their vehicle on the internet and on Toyota's site - to be in full transparency. They then told me they could not see my warranty (which was from Toyota, and with the paperwork to prove it. They said I'd have to buy theirs, and then go work with the original dealership to get my refund! I spent 7-8 hours going to see a farse so large it'd make a time-share sales pitch look like a great deal! When I noticed the level of deception, lies, and pressure - I got up to leave - noting I work on a basis of integrity - and wasting about a work day of time was not acceptable. No apology for misrepresenting their position, nor wasting my time. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKS. Given the level of deceit 'll be letting the ** ******** ******* know about them - filing a formal complaint.

      Saw a used vehicle for sale on ******* that is sold by this dealership. Later on that day I checked on ******* and the listing was gone. Called the dealership and ask if the vehicle is still available and told them the listing is gone. I was assured that the car is still available and was told yo come by to look at it and it will be ready. I had to drive an hour and a half to get to this dealership. As soon as I parked I get a notification from ******* that the vehicle I'm interested in was sold already but I was like what the heck I'm already here. Met with the associate and pretended to look for the car. After a 10-15 minute wait I was informed by the associate that the car is getting serviced so It won't be available today and was recommended to look at different cars not knowing that I know the car has been sold already. I would've looked at different cars if the associate did not lie through her teeth and just told me straight up and not wasted my time. I mean I get it dealership will do anything to get customers through the door but dang how do you build a business based on lies? If they lie about this little thing, I can just imagine what else they lie about (pricing,warranties, etc etc) I do not recommend this place. Shop at your own risk.

      I was having an issue with the rear lights in my 2016 Toyota Highlander. The brake lights and reverse lights worked but not the back running lights. I replaced the bulbs and fuses on my own and that did not fix the issue the light would go back out mins after replacing the fuse. That told me there was a short in the wire somewhere. I took my vehicle in and explained the above. They replaced the fuses and when I asked why when I just told them I already tried replacing the fuse said they could not replicate the issue. As soon as I got in the car to drive off the lights went out. I called the next day to let them know I needed to come back in as the lights were out again telling them I told them it was not the fuse as I already ruled that out. They had the car all day to search for the problem. They called to say I had a defective RF headlight assembly and needed to be replaced. When I asked for an explanation of how a front headlight assembly could cause my rear running lights to go out they could not provide one. When I asked for an explanation of how my headlight assembly just becomes defective out of nowhere they could not provide one. I declined the repairs and picked up my car. Upon getting in my car I noticed that my rear seat had a scratch in the leather. I told Me*** ***** about it. She took pictures and said she would inform her manager in the morning as they have cameras and can review them and get back to me with what happened. ...... Crickets...... I have called back numerous times since and get the same story from Me***** "Her manager is not in today and will tell him I called" This has to be the worst service I have experienced in 4 states. The shop is performing illegal activity as there are multiple complaints regarding quoting parts in need of replacement that does not need replacing.

      Deceptive practices for market adjustments priced new Toyota ******** over MSRP. That is after buying a new car 6 months prior that was totaled... same car basically over ******* total dealer profit. No thank you.

      I would leave zero stars if it would let me.

      Went in to look at new or used ******* and ended up in a ********** that we really liked. The young "very new" man, Alejandro was doing a great job but needed a little help from what I assumed was a more senior sales man.
      This guy who's name was Tony, didn't catch the last name. I could sense the seasoned slicked back hairstyle, dressed sharply. I later find out he is a new car sales manager. Anyway, I asked for the price which he said he didn't know, sales games commence! He finally comes up with one which is * or * * over what the online price is. I asked straight out and told him we were very interested for his best price. He said well you have to come inside and let us write down some things. I said I don't want to go inside...give me your best price. Excellent credit on my end. He insisted again that we come inside. I said no and he promptly turned around and started to walk away sorta shrugging his shoulders. I was amazed and said wow that's it!! He just kept walking, meanwhile the you new salesman appeared in dismay. I followed and said I want to know who you work for and had to say it repeatedly to get an answer. He turned and grabbed his name tag saying I'm the boss. I said ok but you report to someone and he again said nope it's me...after I continued to follow him and he finally gave me the name Tran. This had turned into a heated discussion and a few words were exchanged. But he then turns and squares off against me and stated "man you a tough guy huh? I didn't reply and when he said you can't afford that kind of money anyhow! Now he did all of this in front of my wife as to belittle me. Which infuriated her and in turn I went side to speak to someone. There were about 3-4 other customers standing there that promptly left.
      I got to speak to Ron ******** ****** who apologized profusely, but the damage was already done. He then apologized to my wife, but again she was embarrassed and in disbelief.
