      Horrible customer service! They kept us at the dealership after midnight when we bought our Kia and only stopped dragging their feet after agreeing to almost all the warranties. Now the dealership doesn't honor the warranties or claims no appointment times until it drags out past the warranty period. You make one appointment with the service advisor but their system doesn't talk with sales to know what warranties you have. I had to physically go have the writer print the warranties we have and I had to hand deliver them across the parking lot to Service for them to honor an item. Then there is a separate department to do the interior and paint that doesn't talk with anyone (still haven't done the paint correction). Heaven forbid you need a part because you first have to have a service appointment, then the part takes months to get in, to which you are not notified, then you have to make an appointment to get the part installed just to find out that the part was shipped back because it took so long to get an appointment. And now its not covered under warranty anymore. The Greenbrier location is booked out four months as of this review, they pushed me off to the VB location which was only two months booked. And finally forget about Southern Hospitality. There is an express service listed on the website AND on the automated phone service that states no appointment oil changes, inspections and other services included in the hospitality program. When asked, the service advisor stated they stopped doing that and it had been some time since they had. If the deciding factor on a dealership is the extra perks and service promised, this is NOT the dealer for you!

      Bringing my vehicle here was my biggest regret! It went in for a front wheel baring replacement & rear service parking assist alert. The day it was brought in the advisor lost my keys but didn't advise me until the end of the day. 2 weeks of little to no communication & 3 attempts of us showing up in person & then finally just coming to get my vehicle that still was not completed, nor the new key fob synced. We requested the door cylinders to be replaced due to the lost key fob but the advisor told us no b/c he could “personally guarantee my missing key was not lost here in the shop and in fact somewhere on the road because it was taken out with a customer for a test drive of another vehicle & lost on the test drive on Military Hwy.” We were lied to from day 1. Since the parking assist alert & key fob were not repaired, I reluctantly had to bring the vehicle back as I felt stuck since the process had already started; this time it took another 3 weeks. I reached out to the ** whom advised to have cylinders replaced, vehicle cleaned, fueled & supply me with a loaner vehicle. A loaner vehicle was provided for the 3 weeks however the vehicle was never cleaned nor fueled. Upon picking the vehicle up & returning home, it was discovered the wiring cables were just hanging against the exhaust & not properly clipped in. I had sent a follow up email to advise & also to address the cylinders. It took 2 weeks for a response & ultimately advised I have no faith or trust in this company & advised I'm not bringing my vehicle back but requested reimbursement of my car payment instead since it was in their possession for over a month & for the aggravation of this entire process. Since having my vehicle returned, there is a smell from my AC & I feel it has been tampered with. I DO NOT SUGGEST BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

      I would give this company negative stars. They are absolutely horrible and completely cluelessly greedy people. I have never been so thoroughly taken advantage of in my life.

      Car went in because the turbo stopped working, they told me it wasn't under warranty. So asked how much to fix the car? They said they would back with me with a quote, That has been 2 months now and I haven't heard a word and they still have my car. I guess I'm going to have to report it stolen to get it back.

      Extreme disappointment with the service department at Southern Buick GMC. I visited the dealership three times in an attempt to fix an issue with my ****** ******, but each time I was left empty-handed. On my first visit, I was referred to ****** ********. ****** then told me that I needed to go back to the dealership. On my second and third visits, I was told that the part needed to fix my ****** system had been ordered. However, the part was never ordered, and I never received a follow-up call from the dealership. I spoke to a young lady who said that the service manager, Azul, would call me back. However, Azul never called me back. As a result of the dealership's negligence, my ****** warranty has now expired, and I am out of pocket for the repair. My biggest concerns are: The service advisor, Tom *********, was very dismissive and borderline rude. He did not follow up on issues that he said he would, and I later found out that he never ordered the part that I needed. The representative who checked me out on my last visit also said that he would order the part and call me back. However, he never called me back either. I have since switched dealerships to ******** ***** for all of my vehicle service needs. I highly recommend that anyone considering having their vehicle serviced at Southern Buick GMC reconsider. The service department is completely incompetent and unprofessional.

      The service department is not coordinating with the staff taking appointments and the front desk which customer service (which takes forever to text or call you back!) And is not clarified on details. Costing the customer numerous trips to the service department.

      This place is very bad when it comes to customer service. They had my car since 4/7/23- my car was broken into and almost stolen on 6/28/23 and I didn't find put until 8/21/23 because I went buy to check on it. Nobody called or attempted to call. The line manager kept saying that the phones were messing up. When I got there the first time it took them 10min to even acknowledge me. I had my car towed there on 4/7/23 and I waited to see if they was going to call me, I called them 4/11/23 and they told me my car wasn't there, which was a lie. I drove there and pulled right up to my car. Then they said that it just arrived that day. Which was a lie. These people are trash. Customer Service sucks. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there for anything. Another woman told me she went there for a oil change and a few days later her whole oil pan was leaking. This place is garbage.

      We almost bought a car from this hellhole. They were disorganized, dirty and ruthless at concealing hidden charges - even asked us for REFERENCES to buy from them despite having a verified monthly income of 5 digits. It was so insulting. They prey on poor uneducated people who don’t know how to ask the right questions. Literally every step of the process was painful and disorganized. The thought of trying to get basic maintenance done on an Alpha Romeo by these bozoes terrified me and I walked. DO NOT gives these guys a moment of your time. If you really want an AR go to ******* ******. When I let AR know how they degrade the brand image at this dealership I hope they rescind their license to sell. Awful experience and 8 hrs of my life I will never get back!

      My wife bought a 2023 vehicle from this dealership and just a few weeks ago had a rock chip the windshield. We called and called trying to get an appointment to get it looked at but no one would schedule us until almost 1 months later. After our calls were routed to the collision center, service, another dealership service dept, even the external warranty place, no one would help us. We asked if we could bring it in and they flat out told us no, wed have to wait for an appointment. Now, at the appointment a month later, we walked in and showed them that the chip has now developed into a crack and covers half the windshield. They walked outside and told us that there was nothing they can do. The warranty only covers chips and not cracks. After telling them how we were told to wait, the managers all told us that the employees we had spoken to did not do their job correctly and told us lies while again telling us that there was nothing they could do but point us to Safelite and pay for another windshield. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND DEFINITELY DON'T BUY THE WINDSHIELD WARRANTY!!!! Save your money and a lot of heartache and go with another dealership that has integrity, commitment to their customers.
