      Overpriced, terrible customer service and lies to customers. Car over heated 1 block from Hall. Took vehicle to their service center and explained the problem (overheated). Service attendant took the information and said he would get back to me. 1 hr. later I received a text video showing and explaining what the problem was (2 hoses needed replacement and new coolant. Estimated ****. I gave text consent. He also indicated all parts were in stock. (this is on a Thursday) Friday 3pm I have heard nothing. Call Hall no answer, no recording. Call Hall Service department get a taped message. I leave a message. Saturday I go to Hall and asked for my car repaired or not. They say the car is ready and present me with a bill of $****** Parts ******* and labor *******. I am very upset about this and will NEVER NEVER do business with them again.

      I have been hunted by this company for years based upon their use of public records or just plain old stalking. Over the last 6 years, I repeatedly wrote in various forms of polite and frustrated requests including Cease and Desist to stop soliciting purchase of my property. All requests have been ignored. I even filed a complaint with the *** and the **** complaint center (currently pending) Still this company sends me letter. I personally feel this is out of spite, after all i do know the branch manager and she knows me (Wendy). This company trolls tax records and produces postcard solicitations listing the property address for anyone to see. And i know this because I brought a new house, and 2 months later I receive letters from this company. It is evident they make no attempt to scrub mail lists for unwanted approach. I consider this an invasion of my privacy. I don't believe there is integrity within this operation what so ever. Any other ********* dealer would likely be a safer, more professional and profitable approach for a buyer than this operation which created the impression of a bottom feeder. All of this petty and spitefulness happened all because I refused to sell my dream car for close to nothing, and I refused to buy my corvette from your location. **** ********* on Chesapeake is not recommended, If only GM knew how spiteful, vile and evil your company really was...

      I had to get my engine replaced. A month or two down the line, I find out that my engine is falling on the driver side and is missing most of the bolts. I can’t get anybody to answer for the service team or call back. And I’ve left multiple messages. I lost my job because of the situation because I couldn’t get back to Virginia from them not picking up to honor my warranty. They needed to talk to the auto shop to see exactly what’s was wrong with it and they would never call. Or the auto shop couldn’t get them to answer.

      We have bought 2 vehicles from this location and bought their "top warranty" for both. My husbands truck has an emissions issue and they're *supposed* to provide us a rental car. The service dept. has stated they have none available and will NOT reimburse us for any fees incurred from getting our own. Sales dept. is top notch, don't waste your time with their service dept.

      I have had some of the worst experiences ever with this Hall dealership chain. Sadly I was convinced to give the business another try so i scheduled an oil change. I am under warranty and was not informed that I had to schedule with a specific Hall to honor the warranty so the appointment was made with Hall Chevrolet. To be a service center full of older employees I was highly disappointed in their customer service. No one behind the desk greeted me and when someone was finally free he had no knowledge of how many miles the vehicle should have before an oil change. After waiting for him to get help with that I then find out i have to go else where because they can not honor my warranty. Now this was never advised to me at Hall Chrysler although i literally just left there 5 minutes before coming to this location. That in my opinion is called good customer service it would've taken someone two minutes to look up my name and give me needed information but I guess that was too much to do. However I now gather my things to leave and they have plastic all in my car which should've been removed but no worries I can do that myself also. Then i look to my left the associate that attended to me is just standing there staring at me not trying to get my attention or speaking so I asked him can I help you with something. His reply was "I was going to tell you something but never mind". Wow who trains these people? If you are in a field of servicing a customer you should do your job and of course this was not done at all but if I had wanted to purchase a vehicle they would've been the nicest people in the world. I would never suggest or recommend anyone going to any Hall chain dealerships honestly from my experience they are all rude and disrespectful and only care about a sale. To be honest in my heart I feel the Chevrolet locations is completely racist all of their service people are older Caucasian American's and not one was friendly to me at all. I pray this review will help someone avoid having to be in the position I was in, now stuck with a vehicle and warranty I can not seem to use because I refuse to give those horrible people any more of my time or energy.
