    I had a horrible experience with Ecco sunrooms. I filed a complaint with the ******** ********** ** ************ *** ************ *********** in which Ecco signed a consent decree to being negligent and incompetent. A copy of the complaint and consent decree can be found at: ******************************LicenseLookup then look up Ecco Sunrooms and select the complaint tab. We also went through arbitration and they were found to be in breach of contract.

    We love our Awning!! It was the perfect addition to our backyard tiki bar!! The quality is great and we love that its just a click of a button to open. Service and installation was top notch from the start!

    We love and have been enjoying our sunroom by ECCO! We enjoy sitting in our backyard now without the annoyance of all the bugs. We look forward to enjoying our sunroom throughout every season, year-round.

    ECCO Sunroom from the start was very responsive and easy to work with. Niles Grove our Design Consultant from ECCO Sunroom was exceptional! He took the time to first listen to and then answer our many questions about the sunroom including the type of materials ECCO uses and timing for completion. Then he patiently went through various design sunroom plans. He also clearly explained about how long the process would take and assured us that customer satisfaction was ECCO’s number one goal. Very excited about the next steps, thank you Niles!

    We have just finished a remodel in our back yard and needed a covering to complete the project. After lots of searching, ECCO came out to give us a quote on an awning for our back patio. They were very responsive and came out within days. We had a quote that day that was very reasonable. We felt very comfortable with the price and it was actually better than most quotes we had already received. Shane was our representative and he was very professional and we definitely felt that he had out best interest in mind. He was always at our house when he said he would be and even came out multiple times when we had questions or needed to change the fabric. We didn't just feel like a customer, but we could tell they take pride in their work and want every job to be the best it can be. They have been fantastic to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a backyard patio, awning or enclosure.

    James (the sales representative) was Great!! He was on time for the appointment and had everything needed to measure up what he wanted. He was very understanding that we were on a budget and showed us different options on what could be done. I am very happy James took the time not only to listen to what we wanted but also listened to what we had to say and showed us different options that would fit our budget better. The work crew was very polite and efficient. They also cleaned up around the work area. W *******

    I really like the communication that we are receiving from ECCO Sunrooms. They are very good at explaining details and following up. They have a website that allows you to see the schedule of events and what to expect. The plans are there and all the information is in one place so it’s easy to access. We are in the early stages and are feeling very confident about our decision to use them.

    ECCO Sunroom & Awning Rep. Niles ****** was very professional and on-time. I was a little late getting home, and he waited for me. He introduced himself and asked me how my day was going. Afterwards he went right to work, measuring my patio and asking me what I was looking forward to ECCO doing for me. It took two trips to get all the answers, but he did and he did it quickly. I am pleased and I can't wait until my patio is renovated.
