          According to the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Contractors (Board) website Mr. Garrett Ray Jennings has a Consent Order on file that was entered on October 24, 2023 citing the following violations:

          - Aiding or abetting an unlicensed contractor to violate any provision of Chapter 1 or Chapter 11 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia, or these regulations or combining or conspiring with or acting as agent, partner, or associate for an unlicensed contactor; or allowing one’s license or certification to be used by an unlicensed or uncertified individual, and
          - Failure in any material way to comply with provisions of Chapter 1-54.1 or Chapter 11-54.1-1100, if Title 54-1 of the Code of Virginia or the regulations of the board;
          In additional, Section 54.1-100 of the Code of Virginia states, in part,
          • “Class C contractors” perform or manage construction, removal, repair, or improvements when (i) the total value referred to in a single contract or project is over $1,000 but less than $10,000…”

          Mr. Garrett Ray Jennings was fined a total of $750 for Virginia Board of Contractors costs, had ninety (90) days to pay fines effective date of the order in addition the Board voted for revocation of the company’s contractor’s license.  

          On December 12, 2023, an investigation letter was sent to the company by the BBB regarding their revoked contractor’s license.  As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded to out investigation letter and the mail has not been returned by the post office.
