      I paid ******* the transactions between 08/26/2022 and Sept 1st 2022, the work on the truck ie used transmission being installed was not warrantied but the work to install it had a 30 day warranty I was in contact with *** prior to warranty running out and proof that job was not done correctly and I was told to drive the truck back to them in Va and they would take a look at it, at this point the clutch froze I knew nothing of what was going on until I had another Mobil Mechanic come look at my truck as I live in Jacksonville North Carolina and he made me aware that my bell housing was hanging off the motor and the bolts where backing out he also stated that my clutch froze due to this, ***** who I spoke too insisted we drive the truck back to them in Va but we couldn't with a frozen clutch and the bell housing the way it was, during this time ********* my driver also had COVID attached you will see letter from m and m with their dates and the payment I made as well as the condition of the truck sept 30th and pictures that are time stamped when the Mobil machanic inspected the truck and I had him come back out October 11th to correct the job and I paid *** for a new clutch and **** to the Machanic to fix the transmission and bell housing and install new clutch I tried to reach out and was told to drive the truck back to them but again we are in Jacksonville North Carolina and could not safely move the truck with the frozen clutch and bell housing hanging off the motor 4 bolts backed out they only put in 8 bolt's because 4 were missing and 4 backed out and the heads broke off attached are the pictures please lead me in the right direction because when I tried to rectify it professionally I was instantly turned away because of this I mentioned small claims courts I then got told to follow through with that and they will contact their insurance and attorney I also have all of this in text messages from *****

I was NEVER told ANYTHING about my clutch especially after it was just purchased from freightliner 3 months prior to the transmission issue, I never spoke to ***** no one even through text message said anything about my clutch I also have receipts to prove that the clutch wasn't even 6 months old and purchased through freightliner in Warsaw North Carolina , he wanted me to drive my truck up to them with a ceased truck, we were not going to risk our lives or the lives of others, I asked for the money I had to lay out to have someone else fix the bell housing as well as replace the frozen clutch which happens because the transmission was not installed correctly I was charged for lock tight and it wasn't even used there are supposed to be 12 bolts they only used 8 4 were backed out and the other 4 the heads were broken off and they also needed to be backed out, I sent proof with pictures as well as a receipt from the new Machanic stating the condition of the bell housing and clutch and how much repairs were it cost us 850 for another clutch and *** in labor Consumer Response /* (4200, 15, 2022/11/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I already gave M&M the receipt from the other Machanic as a matter of fact it was sent to ***** along with time stamped pictures of the bell housing the clutch as wee as the bolts and the parts as well as paper work from freightliner as to when the clutch was purchased I have an iPhone and all pictures are time stamped and dated and those as well as a video was sent to ***** the day the Machanic came to check why the bell housing was hanging off
