      On February 8, 2023 I placed an online order that was supposed to ship to the store. On February 22, I received an email stating my order ******* was ready for pickup. I went to the store 3 different times, each time I was told by a manager that they knew nothing about package delivery for customers, they can't find it, or it's not there. Two of the managers I spoke with made no attempt to look for my package. I called Family Dollar Customer Service to place a complaint. The order was canceled without my permission and my money was refunded. On February 28, 2023 I reordered the package and was promised that, this time I would get my package. On March 8, 2023 I received an email stating that order ************ was ready for pickup. Again I go to the store and was told my a manager that it was not there. I call Customer Service back and was told they made a mistake and my ETA was on March 14, 2023. So, today I go back to the store, I was told by a supposed be manager named ****** that he couldn't look for my package because he was working the cash register while an employee was on break and to come back in 30 minutes. I returned back to the store two hours later. The manager named ****** told me with an attitude, that he wasn't going to look for my package because he don't work trucks and I would have to come back tomorrow. I am so sick and tired of wasting my time and gas dealing with these unprofessional managers. When I asked to speak to a someone above them. I was told his name is **** and he is not there and, then given a Bogus phone number for **** that no one answers. On top of that they do not even answer the Family Dollar store phone. They are so unprofessional, the store cashier was smoking at the cash register while on her cell phone. I just want the package that I ordered and after that I do not want anything else to do with that store.

      Hello, I need to let you know that my package did eventually arrive at the Family Dollar Store near my house and I have picked the item up. Thank you so much for all your help.

      I was overcharged/double charged for a cash back on 7/26/2022 in this store. When I checked my bank account and went 8 days later to discuss with manager, he checked his camera and told me yes, I was correct but refused to refund my money saying I had to go to my bank to dispute this. I want my money back and I want this manager, *** to be informed that he should know how to refund this type of overcharge to a customer instead of making them jump through hoops!

      It was august 13,2022 I went into a family dollar after leaving Forman mills, I check in my bag but they wasn't tagging when I checked out the bag I received wasn't mine I notified them and returned the bag they said someone else called saying they had wrong bag as well but they never retuned my bag
