Florist canceled contract after claiming I was violating policies by updating my plans. I had not spoken to her in over 7 months and had a few updates now that the wedding was closer. I never received anything other than pictures and pricing from her. When she sent back all these policies, I asked her to produce the document where I agreed to these. She could not because I was never sent them. The document I have attached is the only signed document between the two of us. She said she was not able to deliver the specific flowers I asked for (which are noted in the attached agreement) and said shes canceling the job and keeping my money.Business response

Attached you will find a table of contents for the packet of paperwork providing proof of service and contract with the former client. You will also find the versions of the contract with revisions noted and documented.
The complainant has breached the contract provided by receiving floral from another provider and producing a hostile work environment. Two zip files are attached labeled in order numerically. All files should be read in order. No refund will be provided.

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Yet again, this business cannot produce a single document where I signed that stated these policies that supposedly were broken. A family member offered to do a few small things as a gift. As you can see in her condescending tone thats so sweet.
its not my responsibility to write policies for her. She does not have a single document that has my signature where she can show that I was made aware of these policies.
I was absolutely fine with not having my family add any flowers to the reception but her hostile nature and tone never allowed for conversation.The basis of the entire agreement are a lie as there are specific flowers on there, then I was told its impossible to guarantee specific flowers. Imagine that, a florist who cant guarantee specific flowers?! This is not a legitimate business. I would reference other bad reviews from recent brides, but she has removed her business from wedding planning sites so people dont figure out that you wont know what you get until its too late.
In order to resolve this issue without further litigation, a document with my signature and date is provided showing that I was made aware of these policies needs to be produced. I have already consulted a lawyer and will move forward if this document cannot be produced.
