I have ordered from Cultural Exchange through their ******* presence 3 Xs over the last 2 months. I must say I have been pleased wth the quality of the merchandise received. On my last order, I ordered Sigma paraphernalia to wear at a regional conference. As my luck would have it, I ordered the wrong size and needed to do an exchange with my regional conference being several days away. That evening, I emailed CE and explained I wanted a smaller size, and to my satisfaction, I had a text the next morning explaining the return process. Because I wanted my items for my conference, I called CE direct and paid for the items so they would arrive on time for the conference. I never got the gentleman's name, but he was courteous, understanding, and a man of his word. My replacement items were received timely, and my original order through ******* was credited back to my CC without delay. I will continue to purchase and recommend The Cultural Exchange. They were great people to do business with. Actually, I am going 2 check their website for another item I saw. Keep putting out quality products and great customer serve *********************************************.

I needed to place a bulk order and the items were out of stock. They worked with me to place a special order and were always responsive to my emails when I would be overwhelmed.
