I took in 52 items on Aug 2020 which consist of pants, shirts, etc to Nicky’s Resale Fashions in **** * ******** *** ************** **. . I went back in April 2021 and requested payment for the items that were sold. I talked to the owner Samantha Paris about the payment. She said she had no money at that time and could I please come back at a later date. So I went again in Aug 2021 for my money and again no money. That time her address is in ******* **. I have tried to call but no response. I would like the money. Thank you for assisting me with this.Initial Complaint

In June 2020 I agreed to consign a large amount of women's clothing, handbags, and shoes with Samantha Parris at Nicky's Resale Fashions in *************** ** ( the business now has a new address in ******** **). Over the summer and fall of 2020, I consigned two other large amounts of women's clothing, shoes, and handbags. In September 2020 I asked about receiving my payment(s). Ms. Parris said she was unable to pay me at that time and this has continued through August 2021 (my last contact with Ms. Parris). I am interested in being paid all the money owed and retrieving my remaining belongings.
