The Property Management Manager Name : ***** . So my lease was over in September 2021 but he raised the rent from $ 1100 to $ 1400 to renew for next year for 3 bedroom and i found the house same rent with 4 bedroom with nice condition. so we explained to reduce it he was not agree so we finally decide to rent other house which we are living currently. i paid rent for September 2021 even i was not staying not that house since 30th August 2021. and then after we moved from the house we cleaned twice from the housecleaner person and then he started argue with paint colors we explained give us a code so we touch up where needs to be which we did. and then he said this color doesn't match the one that he gave us and the he said he has to paint again so he couldn't give deposit back $ 1100. so he send color code to us and then he said its not correct one. i need my deposit back after clean house twice and retouch paint and spend time too. when we rent the house in the beginning it wasn't clean even and when we tell agent **** she didn't take care either so we cleaned by our own in the beginning when we rented in Aug 2020. they were no co-operative since beginning and now not returning deposit either . its look like he is discriminating since we rented. and i have proof the color code that he send by text and after we purchased from Sherwin William.
