            On June 18, 2021, our medical practice purchase some medical equipment from 911emergencysupply.com. They charged us immediately for the purchase and failed to every ship it. After multiple attempts to contact them, through phone messages and emails, we sent a demand e-mail simply requiring a response about where our equipment was, or we would cancel the order. No response was given, but they posted a malicious 1-Star review on ****** about our company because we were so rude to demand a response to an email. They have had our money, but produced no items and have attempted to harm our company with their malicious review.

            I purchased a Fire Department dress uniform double breasted jacket and uniform pants from this company. I have been a 46 R jacket and a 36x30 pants for over 20 years. When the items arrived weeks later, the pants were to tight. The label says 36 but they are cut for 34" waist. The jacket is the opposite being more like a 48r instead of a 46R.. So I sent both the 911 emergency supply and the uniforms manufacture several emails which have gone ignored. Now, I need to take the jacket and pants to a professional tailor to see if they can correct the issues and pay additional money for an item that should have been manufactured correctly to begin with. Do not expect any help from 911 emergency supply! The advertise that you have 15 days to return the product "If they approve it" but so far I haven't received any correspondence from them. Poor quality and poor customer service. Buyer beware.
