      I contacted ***** with this company for preventative services for snakes. I spent close to $1000 prepaying for snake repellant that I was told to contact him back in the beginning of July to setup an appointment for him to return to my home. I texted in the beginning of July and was instructed to text back the next week so he wouldnt forget to add it into the schedule. I texted back the next week as instructed with no response. I then waited an additional week and texted back with no response. On the next day I texted that *** been trying to reach someone to schedule my return service. I was informed I would be contacted as soon as he gets it into the schedule. I asked if he knew a timeframe when it would occur and my message was never responded to. I called the company and was sent to voicemail. The next day I called from an alternate number which was answered and he provided me a date on Monday when he would come out. He also quoted me a price which was $125 cheaper than what I paid for services. I Informed him I already paid and he became upset and said your the lady from yesterday are you happy now. I asked was there an issue and I called because I wasnt provided a date and wanted to know when he would make it back out. He became irate and cursed me out before hanging up on me. He then texted that he should charge me more for his time and dont call or text him again or he would stop service. I asked for a refund and he told me NO and that he would be at my home on Monday. Needless to say he never showed up. I contacted this company on the evening of Mon. 7/24 and was told I was on the schedule and was I the lady in Fort. Washington. I explained no and provided my address. I was told if the sunlight ended I would be in the schedule for the next day. No one showed or contacted me. From what ***** said while screaming at me about calling everyday Im sure he is confusing me with another customer. However, no one deserves this kind of treatment. I would like my money refunded or I would have no other choice but to pursue legal action.
