The set was purchased and he knew it was broken. The whole recliner set is broken. The led lights are zipped tied. The recliner is and was delivered broken. The owner told me to call the loan finance company and see what they can do but dont say a anything about the recliner set being broken.Initial Complaint

Purchased a bedroom set from Kings Furniture on March 8, 2023. They promised delivery in one week. It arrived in 5 weeks.They didnt put together the bed properly. The bed was missing screws and power cables and my box spring. I sat on corner of the mattress and the slat broke and the mattress is on the floor. This was on first day of delivery. After I waited two weeks for the business to remedy the situation, they never did anything. I never received the hardware, box spring. Or the power cord. Now Im out of $3000 and stuck with a broken bedroom set. I finally spoke with owner after I went to the store and demanded to speak with manager but after telling him I just wanted my money back, the owner yelled at me and told me to close my bank account?? Customers should not be treated like this. We should not have to deal with places that conduct business in that manner.
