Took my truck in to Lonewolf Diesel Repair in January 2021. My truck was running fine when I took it in for services. Lonewolf was suppose to replace a water pump and minor service (oil change, filter change) When I received my truck back after paying $1900.00, it wouldn't start. Finally got the truck started after a half an hour and it didn't accelerate over 45 mph. Took the truck back, truck was kept for a couple months. Didn't receive a call with an update. I kept calling Lonewolf and didn't receive an answer on multiple attempts. Went down to repair shop to speak with the owner Greg and Greg was not present. One of the mechanics on sight called Greg who refused to speak with me. Weeks later, Greg called me stating my truck was ready and I owed $2500.00 for the new repairs. Sent my driver to pick up the truck which turned off while driving down 460 highway. Was still unable to get truck to acclerate over 45mph. Took truck back for the third time, which was kept for a couple more weeks. Greg called back stating he needed a passcode for the computer on the truck then suggested taking the truck to Caterpillar on Wards Road since its a caterpillar engine so they could reset the password. Truck taken there for password reset, Greg told me to bring truck straight back so he could resolve issue. Took truck back to Greg that he kept for a month. I called Greg for an update and he didn't answer phone, left many voicemails. He called later in the week stating I owed him $5300.00 for new repairs. I questioned him why do I have a bill when he didn't call stating what the issue was before resolving the problem. He then hung up phone, I tried calling back with no answer. I then called his spouse and asked her what kind of business wouldn't call to give an estimate before repairing truck. I informed her that I contacted her husband multiple times and he didn't answer phone. I then asked if I was being taken advantage of because I am paralyzed and he know I couldn't drive to met him. So my driver went down to get truck paying $5300.00 and the truck still ran the same. I called Greg who refused to answer. Had my driver take truck back the next day when it turned off in route. I went down to his shop with my caretaker and she went in and he refused to come out of shop to speak with me. I spoke with a mechanic and told him truck was broken down on highway. Mechanic was able to get truck from highway and took back to the shop. Greg still won't answer phone and my truck is still sitting at the shop.
