      Refused to refund a record that came destroyed. Tried to send me to a third party who also refused despite sending pictures. This company does not stand by there product

      Do NOT order from this company. I have never had such poor customer service - almost laughable. I wanted to return my item - which was advertised as returnable for a full refund- yet no return shipping information (not even a return address) was provided with my item. When I emailed to ask for a return shipping address, no response was received for a month. Finally, customer service responded and asked me what I needed, despite my email clearly indicating what I needed. After I again explained that I needed to know the address to return my item (and I was happy to pay for the shipping), I immediately got a response thanking me for reaching out and closing my inquiry. This cycle went on a SECOND. time, and again, the answer to my simple question was not provided. It really was laughable but so frustrating and such a sham. RUN AWAY from this company - shouldn't be allowed to remain in business. `.

      It's not just that they sent me a defective record (which I had pre-ordered and was not cheap), it looked like it was dragged through the mud. Absolutely no quality control. Seams were split and the sleeve dirty. Had I seen it in a store I would have quickly rejected it. And then when I complain to customer service, and no one from customer service gets back to me. And when they finally do, someone asks for information, but you can't email back! Oh no, if you do, then you go to the bottom of the queue. Makes no sense. And someone else later responded, with different questions. I told her to please check in with her colleague, and I just get the same automated c*** that if I respond, my request will only be delayed...I have given up. And, what's worse is that Udiscover music clearly does not care. Do not buy from these clowns.

      I purchased 2 copies of a limited edition vinyl of the Sundays (Reading, Writing). Was very happy to have found a place to buy them. They shipped via **** (first mistake) and they wouldn't give me the albums because they shipped in two separate boxes and used only one tracking number. So the post office sent them back. I immediately emailed customer service and requested that they put them in one box and send back to me. Their CS is so awful. It took 3 or 4 days to get a response from them and all they did was ask me what I wanted to do. I ALREADY REQUESTED THAT THEY SHIP IT BACK TO ME IN ONE BOX. So I told them AGAIN what I needed them to do. 4 days later, I get another response from them telling me that they are out of stock! And of course it's limited edition so they won't be getting any more. They asked if I'd like to pick out something else. NO! I want what I paid for.Anyway... every three or 4 days they respond to email telling me that they can't do anything and they won't tell me why they didn't resend the package to me correctly to begin with. Just a terrible experience and I STILL haven't been refunded. DO NOT order from this company.

      HORRENDOUS 'customer service'. More than once I've received poorly packaged items that are damaged. Every time I've written in about them I get an initial response saying "Oh we're so sorry. We'll send you a replacement or a refund". Then I respond and it takes weeks, sometimes months to get another response much less the refund or the replacement. I should've learned my lesson the first time, but this has happened 3 times now! Terrible company!! There's no way to call anyone either. At one point I responded to an email thread three times before getting a response that took over a week....when I did finally get a response I was reprimanded by the agent for sending too many emails and told I needed to be patient for a reply. I've been patient! This last issue has been going on unresolved for a month and a half!!!

      On August 19, 2021, I ordered ***** *********, ************** (Limited Edition 2LP) on purple vinyl. I received the black vinyl edition and not purple. I immediately reached out to their customer service report the error, including pictures of the vinyl and a screen capture of the item for sale on their website. Emails between customer service and me went back and forth for over two months. Nobody at UDiscover would take any ownership of their mistake. All they kept doing was apologizing, and would inform me higher ups were reviewing the matter. The need for constant contacts was a waste of my time and downright frustrating. Thankfully, I was still in my ****** buyer protection window. I initiated a claim to be refunded. Nobody from UDiscover even responded to this action. They didn't even know I was refunded initially which goes to show the incompetence of this company. I'll never do business with them again.

      I ordered a vinyl record from the udiscovermusic of a "******* *** ** ** ******* ****". The item arrived damaged. I emailed them photos and said I wanted a return label for damaged product and it replaced. They in turn have offered a 10% refund. I told them that was *Unacceptable* The email request is ongoing with No Resolution. Shouldn't there be a phone number someplace to contact companies available other than hey - we'll reply to your email in 24 hours - But also - hey if you keep sending email we keep pushing you to the back of the line and will wait another 24 hours before we chose to reply if at all note. We have bought from them in the past. We have received our orders as they should have arrived but when there is a problem looking here it appears they run for the hills.

      I was sent the wrong record and so requested a replacement. After a week I was asked to send photos of what I received. 3 days later I was asked to resend the photos as they had not received them. I resent the photos and now nothing from UDiscover music. Complete scam! Do not buy from them.
