I hired this business to perform a partial dryer vent duct cleaning and install a bird guard on the dryer vent. The quoted price was $218 which was paid in the form of a check. Original date for the vent cleaning was 12/20/21, the bird guard was not in stock so a second appointment was made for 12/27/21. He had the guard in hand but did not have a long enough ladder to complete the service. He said he would get a ladder from the other technician and return to complete the service the next day. No one showed up the following day. Two appointments were verbally rescheduled on ******** messenger and neither were honored. Since then, multiple attempts were made to contact the business about completing the service and no response has been received.Requesting a partial refund for the cost of the bird guard which is $60, according to the technician.Customer response
