Their services caused damages to personal property: ******* and *********************** On 7/17/23, Good Intentions, LLC provided lawn and tree removal services to our property at ******************************************************************* To provide the service a woodchipper was pulled onto our driveway that leads directly to and is connected to our attached garage/house. During the operation of the woodchipper, there was a mechanical failure and large amounts of oil spilled all over our asphalt driveway. The machinery was moved further down the driveway to try and clean up the mess and spilled more large amounts of oil further down the driveway. The damaged asphalt areas are large - 20x13 and 7x6, as well as over 10 other areas of oil damage. Prior to this accident, there were no spills/spots on our property. Several asphalt companies were called and each reported that the only way to repair the damage to such large areas is to cut the areas out, repair with asphalt, and apply sealers to entire driveway. I received several quotes to repair the driveway because Good Intentions LLC said he would take care of repairing the damagebut as of this complaint filing, it has not happened. I have repeatedly called and texted him and still no commitment, nor repayment for the damages caused by his business. To prevent further damage to the asphalt, I had to move forward and pay for the damaged caused by his company. The total cost to me was $3,800. The driveway was repaired by Asphalt Paving of ******** on October 9. ________________________________________
