    Below are details of everything that occurred with Sammy's Appliances Repair Services: 1.) My fridge was not working properly and I needed a technician to come take a look. I called my ********************* (It looks like Sammy has a contract with them) to schedule an appointment. We made a claim order ( #*******) to have Sammy come and look at our fridge on February 27th, 2023. 2.) Sammy was able to come in that day. He told ** that it is a $100 service fee AND THEN he told us that we had to pay an additional $150 because he had to order additional parts that will not be covered by *********************. 3.) I asked him if the additional charges will need to be paid now and he mentioned that it did and it was apart of the policy. I do want to reinstate that he was a technician that was assigned through my ********************* so when he said that was policy, I believed him. I wrote the check of $250 to Sammy. 4.) He said he was going to order the parts and come to fix as soon as possible. This guy is a scam because not only did he not show up, he barely responded to our messages and he deposited the check to his bank account (which I also have record of). 5.) Finally, we got in contact with him and he was scheduled to come in on a Thursday (March 23rd).. we were waiting all day until we received a message stating " I will not be coming in today, ********************* cancelled the job with me"..... this statement is also inaccurate because when i called my ********************* they also stated that they did not cancel the job with him. I asked him what about my $250 and he said that he does not deal with that and it will go through my home owners Insurance. ********************* also mentioned that he should know that anytime there are additional parts that need to be ordered, he knows the policy is to go through them to create a claim. Sammy is very unprofessional, FRAUD, and unethical. This is also stated on ****** reviews and others complaints on BBB.

    Beware of this company particularly Samsood M*****. He is Indian. He is a con artist and not a good person. I never liked Trump but I think he is correct about those incompetent foreigners coming into this country bringing with them scrupulous work ethic and antics. Disgusting. This Samsood M***** is exemplary to that. He is supposed to work for the customers but instead causing them problems and headache. He is such a bad person, no decency at all. He was contracted by Sears Home protection services to fix my dishwasher ( under warranty) which had been broken since late May 2022. A diagnostics was performed on June 3 to identify the issue and what parts to order. The next appointment was scheduled on June 27. When that day came, there was no call from him and my whole day was wasted. I called him and appt was rescheduled to July 15,2022. On July 15, no call from him that day so I left a message to remind him of the appt (8am- 12 noon window) and that I’m waiting the whole day. He called around 3:30pm and said he’s on the way to my place driving on the DC beltway towards my place. At 4:30pm he called again this time saying he has trouble with his phone service. Not sure what that had anything to do with repairing my dishwasher. Phone call got disconnected. I tried calling him back around 5:00pm and left message. Maybe he was in an accident, who knows. But up to now, several weeks had passed, no call back from him. Unbelievable. I also blamed Sears Home Services for contracting this man to do the warranty work. Maybe that’s why Sears went bankrupt I was very patient during this whole ordeal. I really just want a bit of decency and common courtesy from thIs person. I’m nit sure what his problem is. But he should not be in this line of business. I want to warn folks that to avoid the same predicament I was in, do not deal with Samsoor M***** or Sammy’s appliances repair in Woodbridge VA. He is pretty toxic.
