Below are details of everything that occurred with Sammy's Appliances Repair Services: 1.) My fridge was not working properly and I needed a technician to come take a look. I called my ********************* (It looks like Sammy has a contract with them) to schedule an appointment. We made a claim order ( #*******) to have Sammy come and look at our fridge on February 27th, 2023. 2.) Sammy was able to come in that day. He told ** that it is a $100 service fee AND THEN he told us that we had to pay an additional $150 because he had to order additional parts that will not be covered by *********************. 3.) I asked him if the additional charges will need to be paid now and he mentioned that it did and it was apart of the policy. I do want to reinstate that he was a technician that was assigned through my ********************* so when he said that was policy, I believed him. I wrote the check of $250 to Sammy. 4.) He said he was going to order the parts and come to fix as soon as possible. This guy is a scam because not only did he not show up, he barely responded to our messages and he deposited the check to his bank account (which I also have record of). 5.) Finally, we got in contact with him and he was scheduled to come in on a Thursday (March 23rd).. we were waiting all day until we received a message stating " I will not be coming in today, ********************* cancelled the job with me"..... this statement is also inaccurate because when i called my ********************* they also stated that they did not cancel the job with him. I asked him what about my $250 and he said that he does not deal with that and it will go through my home owners Insurance. ********************* also mentioned that he should know that anytime there are additional parts that need to be ordered, he knows the policy is to go through them to create a claim. Sammy is very unprofessional, FRAUD, and unethical. This is also stated on ****** reviews and others complaints on BBB.Business response

The job was assigned by the ****** **** warranty she was to pay deductible as stated on the original claim.
she paid Extra 156$ for non- covered part but since customer was rude we never wanted to service her Refrigerator her 156$ is being processed and you can check the attachment.

Samsoor M******** of Sammy Appliances Repair Services has a contract with ****** They sent him out to repair my washer (it was leaking) that was under warranty. The first time he came he said he couldn't find anything wrong. The washing machine immediately started leaking again when we used it right after he left. I called ***** again and they sent Samsoor again, this time he told us that the hose was leaking and that it wasn't covered under warranty and we would have to pay him for the part and the labor. He cashed our check ($218) the same day and then we had to continue to call him to get him back out to replace the part (he kept saying he would come but wouldn't show up or call), He finally came back after repeated phone calls and then the hose wasn't even the fix, my husband ordered a $38 part from ****** and watched a ******* video and he fixed the washing machine. I called ***** to complain about the technician they sent out and they told me that both the part that Samsoor replaced and the one my husband replaced (the one that was actually broken were both under warranty. Sammy Appliances Repair Services has terrible reviews online and this is a scam that he continues to carry out as he is contracted though ***** and at least one one Home Warranty company. I've called ***** numerous times and they do not care that they sent out a fraudulent repairman so I'd like to save other people the hassle and make sure they DO NOT hire this guy. We wasted $218 and have no recourse against him or ***** Home Services.Business response

Thank you for the Email.
We have serviced this customer through ***** home Services but she requested technician onsite (Samsoor M**********) To look into her ******* Washing Machine that has no warranty Coverage and she agreed to pay out the expenses out of her personal pocket.
Customer did payout the Amount of $218.00 out of total $383.00 estimate.
when the part arrived Technician went to service the Unit but during the replacement of the machine Drain pump there was rusted out screw that needed drilling and possibly more time and extra helper to the job.
Technician (Samsoor M***********) Called the customer and explained I need to get helper on the Job and that will cost them little extra but customer did not agree and wanted to move on to purchasing new Washer.
We Processed their Refund already sent out long time back, Currently we do not owe them any amount it was paid back since the job got cancelled so refund is something Normal.
but one thing I would suggest from her to show respect for service providers while in their residence because we are trying to help you in any situations possible.
We try our best to keep every customer happy but some like herself cant be.
