      I ordered funeral flowers for my uncle and as expected they promptly charged my credit card. I received an email that the funeral spray for my uncle was sent. I arrived at the funeral only to find my flowers were not there. I contacted them and they stated oh we had flower issues and could not send them. They never contacted me and if I had not been at the funeral I would never have even known they were not sent. When I contacted them they wanted to send the flowers to my cousins home. I said NO and they stated they would have to investigate. I then received an email they would refund the money and it still has not been sent back to my card. This is not about money for me this is absolutely deplorable I was unable to have flowers at the funeral of my Uncle!!!!

      We ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered per their ("Same Day Delivery") claim. They were not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. On Monday, they sent an email that the flowers had been delivered, but my friend had not received them. I've tried to contact them numerous times by phone, chat, email and text, spending hours in the process. Finally, today I was able to reach their answering service in the Philippines. The person there spent a long time doing whatever research she could, but could not find any confirmation that the flowers were delivered. She even called my friend to confirm that she had not received the flowers. I asked for a refund of my $91, but she refused, saying they need another 24-48 hours to investigate. What a terrible company! I think it's really a scam and I'll try to warn others about it.

      I am so disappointed with this company. I had ordered through another company at first to get some sympathy flowers to a friend and got a not back because of the company they were working with they were unable to continue the order and so they refunded us. A the time I didn't know it was this same company so I ordered flowers from Blossom. They were supposed to be delivered Monday. I got an email and a call saying there was a problem. There were not enough supplies delivered and they had to get someone else to send them. The cost would be 30.00 more but they would soak up 15.00 of the cost and I'd only have to pay 15.00 more for them to be delivered. I said no. Refund me. They assured me they could deliver them today if I didn't get the refund. Hesitantly I said yes. Today upon checking if the flowers were delivered they said no the truck couldn't get them delivered. There was an issue. I called. Wanted the refund and told them this is not right. They said they could not refund me the flowers were already made and they'd be delivered tomorrow. I said it was not good enough. They were going to try to get them delivered today. I said If not I would give another bad review which they already have by others. I said I would also speak to my bank to get my money back and dispute the charge. My first step is to write this. I will never work with this company again nor will I encourage others too. It feels like a scam.

      I ordered flowers for a funeral. I ask the guy on the phone, 'the picture I am ordering is what will be received' and was confirmed that it would be. Well, IT WAS NOT!. Called customer service to complain. They took my order number and said that 'I will now connect you to our logistics department to address your concern. We are working on your ticket, thanks' and that was all I got. It was embarrassing what they sent because it reflects back on you.

      Horrific experience. I placed an order to commemorate my grandniece's high school graduation and it was supposed to be delivered the same day I ordered. It was not delivered the same day and the web site was updated (without noifying me) to say the delivery had been rescheduled for delivery the next day. By the end of the next day the web site had been updated to say the order had been delivered. So I called my sister, who is staying with my grandniece's family for the graduation festivities, to find out how the planter I ordered looked, and she said it had not yet arrived. So the day after that I called Blossom Flower Delivery's customer service line and was told by the IVR that there would be a 10 minute wait to speak to a CSR. The actual wait time was about 40 minutes and the CSR told me that there had been a problem with the delivery and she couldn't get in contact with the driver, so it would take another day to figure out what's going on. The day after THAT (which is now the 3rd day following the supposed delivery date) my sister called and said the order had been delivered and she sent me a picture of it. The basket the plant was just as it was shown on the website, and the mylar "Congratulations" balloon was fine, but the contents of the basket were totally different from the illustration on the web site. They delivered one lonely plant and the illustration had shown two different flowering plants, a couple of green plants, and some ivy. For this I had paid around $88. I wish I could leave zero stars because Blossom Flower Delivery is in my experience and opinion by far the worst florist ever, anywhere. Their prices are high, they pad their bills with junk fees, they don't deliver on time, they don't deliver what you order, and their customer service is abominable (nobody from Blossom ever called me back, if it hadn't been for my sister I'd never have known that the order was delivered (or what they'd substituted for what I ordered).

      After already paying over $100 for funeral flowers they called me and wanted an additional $10.00 - said they could not produce the order, so they were going to send it to someone else to produce. I told them to cancel my order as these were for a funeral and I don't have time to wait NOR was i giving them an additional $10 on an order they could not produce and i had already spoent over $100 o. The rep I spoke with Areea argued this with me that it was only $10 yes I get that however the funeral is coming up and I am out of time that they have now wasted

      This company is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered flowers for my daughter in laws birthday and they were supposed to be delivered on 5/22/2024. When I saw that the website confirmed delivery I found out from her that they were never in fact delivered. And trying to contact anyone is this company is almost impossible. They hang up on you, you can’t understand what they are saying when you finally do reach a real person and they just give you the run around. They say they will do some research and get back to you within 24-48 hours. So please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. I can’t believe they are still in business!

      DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I was told by several people used it and it work great! I live 12 hours away and decided to use this company to order flowers for my sister's Birthday. 1. After filling out address, etc. Somehow they didn't list her apt. # and after spending 30 minutes they finally got that information. 2. I upgraded to arrive before 1pm=failed. 3. She got her flowers and was funeral flowers and not the flowers I paid for! 4. I complained and they refunded me the upgrade shipment and was suppose to send her the correct flowers...which she never got. 5. I got an email after complaining my experience, I was going to get full refund (stated in email). 6. Got another email stating only refunded me 50% due to "AI error". After that I called them the final time telling them it's on their end it was a mistake and since I got an email stating I was going to get a FULL REFUND, that I expected that. After about an hour on the phone I finally won the war. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! ITS A SCAM AND A JOKE!

      Do not order from this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day. The recipient did not receive. I contacted the company and was told that I would need to wait 48 hours to find out where the order was. I said that was not acceptable and asked for the order to be cancelled and to refund my money. I was refused . Most unprofessional company.

      My friends beloved mother passed. I was put in charge by our group of friends(all of whom have wonderful taste, especially on the realm of flowers and garden plants), to order our friend a plant basket for her home, and a floral arrangement for the funeral services. I chose your company. There was my first error. Second error was, as arrangements for the funeral became available, I then ordered a second arrangement with your company. Silly me. Grand total of around 170$. I was informed through email that some changes had to be made to the plant basket that I ordered. I was assured it would still look very similar to what I ordered despite the one change. One. What came was hideous. I will send pics just so you can see exactly what I’m talking about. Your customer service.. let meJust say wow. Driving in my car back to our home, 7 hours away, I have now wasted three on dealing with this nightmare. (Oh! And I was blamed for accepting a change by two of your employees. I WAS BLAMED!!!-the customer- I was blamed!)I was offered- hold your horses- a whopping 10 percent refund. Grand total, wait for it, 8$That was only after I demanded a phone number that was reluctantly given to me(and even told by the lady on the phone “how’d you get this number?” Runaround. Runaround. Let meConnect you, we can’t help you on this end(you sure can order plants but you better not complain or expect any kind of customer service), you’re gonna need to talk to a customer service rep…… Oh, btw. When you get a phone call back, if you’re not suddenly disconnected, if you call back? It comes back to a surgical center in Lafayette La. Aces. Great company. End result. I was told it was might fault for accepting the change(I approved one- not the entire piece of crap arrangement that came). So I was blamed. Then offered…..20 percent back. 16$ from an order that totaled 170$ with this “company”.
