  Wanted strip lashes they gave me individuals.

  My name  is Trisha Tran owner  of Oriental  Nail. My   assign id is ********. I am writing  back  pertaining  to this matter  defending  my side of the story   that i received  in the mail.On March 8 th 2023 Mrs. ********* *******  enter the salon accompany  by a older gentleman asking for eyelash  extension service. I told  her that we have two  types  of eyelash  extension  but three different  prices according  to your preference in style. After i explained  her the difference   she requested  the individual  lashes for 30 dollars.  This means  its not a strip lash  but individual  lashes. Its held with little  lash glue  and very  thin. It can be easily removed  with eyelash remover. After the service  is performed  she  loved  the look and happily  paid for the service .Three days later she return with the gentleman  complaining  why her eyelash is thick and full of glue and her eye hurt. I exam her eyelash  and saw a lot of glue build up and the eyelashes  look thick thats why she cannot  close her eyes. I asked her if she went  somewhere  or put more  lash or glue  on it. She  didn't  reply to my question.  I tried to use eyelash  remover  to remove  it but it didn't  come  off. They asked usually  how long  does  it take  for it to come  off i said about two weeks.  They return  again in couple  weeks claiming  it didn't  come off.  One  of my client  that gets her lashes done  their  overheard our conversation  and  reply  that if you use oil  and  warm water  it should loosen it and it will come off.  They left and a few days later i received  a letter  from  the Bette Business  Bureau  about this situation.  Attached should be  a receipt  with the amount  and name of this client  that got  individual lashes  that day.  Thank you.   I still have the lashes on my eyes and have used multiple solutions including alcohol and water. Still to no advance the lashes are still attached. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.   Like what i have stated to you. You used another adhesive over the lashes thats why its not coming off. I have been doing lashes for over 5 years and i have never ran into any problems like your situation . I also have name and numbers of my clients that are repeating customers that have    lashes on .   I was able to pull one of the lashes off, which resulted into losing my natural lashes.
