On July 24, 2023, I, ***** *********, signed a Contract with J-Rock Plumbing LLC to do a shower installation. I purchased a Mansfield Warren White 38-in x 38-in x 77-in Base/Wall/Door Neo-angle Corner Shower Kit (Center Drain) from ****** ******** which J-Rock Plumbing was supposed to install. The contract also comes with a 1 year warranty. The project was supposedly completed on 8-7-2023, however there were a number of issues I found post "completion" of this project. J-Rock has slowly assisted in fixing these mistakes. The final mistake involves a faulty installation of the above named products. The Shower panel was installed backwards, and as such, the shower cannot be used because it is not waterproof due to how they installed the shower panel. I contacted the owner, John Martin, on December 19th about fixing this issue. He replied that same day and apologized for not catching it and that he would get by as soon as he can. I contacted him again on December 27th and he replied that he would get to me as soon as he is caught up. I contacted John on Monday January 15th as I had not heard from him and got no response. I contacted him twice more on Wednesday the 17th and Thursday the 18th. Still no response. We currently have a shower that we paid to have installed that is not usable due to the faulty installation of J-Rock Plumbing. I have attached screenshots of my conversation with the owner, John Martin, where he said that he would fix this. Again, this contract was paid for in full in August of 2023. It has been a month since the owner of J-Rock Plumbgin, John Martin, has acknowledged that he would come be to address the issue, and 5 months since the project was supposedly "completed"
