              Ordered 3 burgers, received 2 burgers, 1 of those 2 was not correct, didn't realize it until I got home to give them to my kids. Contacted Burger King online and provided all of the requested information. Someone contacted me via email asking for all of the info that was on my initial request, which I was not copied on (the initial request), and so I had to type it all out again. This was on 4/28. I hadn't heard anything by 5/8 so I replied to the email asking what the status was. I got a reply on 5/9 saying someone was looking into it. No response or refund on my credit card as of 5/23. I don't understand why this wasn't an immediate refund situation. I think maybe this location is just struggling.               I ordered a double cheese, whopper junior 8 count chicken fries and also 2 medium fries the ****** ** ******** only gave me 1 fry, and only 4 BURNT chicken fries. I called the store because I do not live close by about a refund and of course no one answered! My receipt clearly shows what I ordered and paid for! The ****** ******* guy working the drive thru had a cut on his face that was bleeding! That Burger King has had the same complaints from other customers before and they need to be shut down!
