ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Memory *********************** We have been doing business with **************************************** operating as M & S Pool Services for several years. On 10/4/2023 he presented a written Job Invoice' to us which included materials/cost and labor estimates to replace the pool liner. His Job Invoice' did not include a completion date, however verbally he indicated once the liner was received he could complete the work in a week. A payment for the liner was paid by check and posted to our account on 10/04/2023. Although the weather was cooperative, we saw limited action on the project. A second payment for labor was requested, paid and posted on 10/26/2023. Again, although the weather was cooperative, progress was minimal. We communicated via text and phone our concerns about the lack of progress. Excuses for lack of progress included sick mother-in-law, inability to get supplies needed to repair the surface of the bottom of the pool, personal sickness, equipment failure, having to re measure for liner (which didn't happen - we have camera's on our property) and blown fuses when trying to pump the pool. The last day we saw him on our property was November 1, 2023 and the last text received was November 14th . We went to **** website to file complaint only to learn that ********************** license was revoked in September 2022 for a similar issue. We sent formal notice to ******************** via certified mail (sent to both his P.O. Box and home address) that we were canceling our pool liner replacement project with M&S Pool Service. We have received notice via **** tracking that the letters were delivered. The return receipt was not signed for letter delivered to his home. As of Dec 17, ******************** has still NOT picked up letter delivered to P.O. nor has he contacted us. He has left a real mess at our home and we would like to prevent this from happening to someone else. ****** learned!
