Pressure pump was installed on 11.30.22 and the same day the coupling used was apparently faulty as it ruptured under pressure. Sadly 40 gallons of water saturated our laundry room, hall, 1/2 bath and a portion of our kitchen. We called JED Plumbing and ******** **** ****** immediately. *** the technician was remorseful and in shock when he returned on 12/1. He reported to his administration that the coupling was faulty, that our floor was buckling and water logged and water was in crawl space. The project manager Mr. ********** came out to survey the damages. This man looked us in our face and said they'd resolve the matter via one of their in house construnction companies. He gave us his business card, *** repaired the faulty coupling and just a few hours ago on 12.1.22 ************ called and said you need to file an insurance claim with your home owners insurance and my company will reimburse your insurance company. I am writing because this response is absurd. ******** **** ****** should properly vet companies before dispatching them. All I want is a new DRY floor. No more nonsense. We asked ************ three times for his insurance information so that we could call them ourselves. He did bring out fans to dry the area but he is bouncing around in conversation. We emailed him, talked to him and we are at stalemate. I have a full video of the happenings taken by my wife as I attempted to stop the flow of water. Attached two pictures: one is the crawl space and the other is the cracked coupling that was alledgly faulty or over tigthen!

Service Request with home warranty started on 9/23. They responded promptly to schedule their visit and diagnose. They visited twice 9/26 and 9/28. The parts were ordered and available since 9/28 as per the warranty company. It is 10/18. I have recieved no call to schedule the work. Calls to them by myself and the warranty company have gone unanswered. Messages have not been returned. Water continues to leak from my water heater. There are records of them picking up the parts on 10/14. I have still not recieved a call to schedule the work. My calls continue to go unanswered. They have quoted exuberant out of pocket costs. An upward of $300 for parts that cost $60 so I opted to purchase them myself. They then conveniently added a $300 out of pocket cost to the second item needing to be replaced. The total is almost $800! For the inconvenience this needs to be discounted. They have also already recieved the service fee so will collect almost $1000 for this job which is supposed to be covered plus or minus a few adjustments and accessories which I have already purchased.

On 12.29.2021 Zam of JEB Plumbing & Gas responded to a call to fix three faucets in our home.Inv#**-*****. The kitchen faucet was loose & the sprayer would not stay in place. He said it was fixed but the sprayer hose needed an add'l weight. He had to come back for the other faucets, & yet again because they weren't fixed. On the evening of 1/6/2022 I discovered water coming through a light in our basement. I ran upstairs to find out where it could be coming from and that area sits directly under our kitchen sink. I opened the cabinets under the sink to find two inches of water pooled in the now sunken floor of the cabinet where the water had been collecting since the plumber left on 12/29/2021. I ran the water and determined it was ONLY when the faucet ran, not the dishwasher or the drain it was coming from where the faucet was.I turned off ALL the water to that line and called the JEB Plumbing. There was no emergency number,so I had to leave a message. The next day 1/7/2022,I never heard from JEB Plumbing so I called, spoke with Sonny and he said he had to get in touch with Zam, the tech that was out. Hours went by I called again, Sonny said he had not heard from the tech and it might be next week, which was UNACCEPTABLE and he sent out Ian, who said the coupling was not tightened which caused the water damage INV #**-*****. He took pictures & said he would let JEB P&G know. Tammara called me on Mon. 1/10/2022 and we went over the entire scenario. She put me on hold for over 30 mins to talk to someone about it and said someone would call me first thing Tue AM 1/11/2022 to schedule a time to come out & look at the damage and make it right. I rec'd no call, so at 1:50pm 1/11/2022 I contacted the office they said someone would call me back in one hour, no call. At 4:50, I contacted the office and spoke with Sonny who said he talked to Zam and Zam said he did nothing wrong, so there will be nothing more done, they refuse to repair damage they caused.
