On March 12th at 3:30pm I went to get a perm this afternoon with a picture to this shop for the first time because this hair salon has good ****** review. I showed Jung the picture how I wanted, she agreed… but she was doing lot different than others, well everybody is different so I was patiently waited until she do her way. She made me wait 20 minutes after put on the neutralizer because her another customer walked in. After her another customer left she washed my hair without conditioner. When she was cutting my hair, all my hair was tangled and every time she brush my hair I lost a lot of hair and I asked her to brush my hair gently. She then started upset with me asked me a lot of unnecessary questions. When she dries my hair she was twisted my hair with her finger. I was so cold so I asked her to dry back of my hair, she then started to complained that who dries hair fully after perm? So I asked her to make me leave with my wet hair when 20’s degrees outside with 20-30mph wind the day just had almost 4 inches of snow? I've never had a perm like this in my life. But she charged me $175. She said usually $200 but she gave me discount. I showed my hair to her the perm didn’t came out fully, only the root to misfile length of my hair not end of my hair she then told me that it is because she fully dried my hair. She is snatch my card out of my hand and charged me $175. I was trying to say something to her but her other customer came in so I left. Jung said i wanted to dry my hair fully so it looks frizzy so I wet it when I came home. My hair all broke out by pieces damaged really bad I think I’m gonna have a nightmare. I was worried about my hair all night so I had to take my asthma medicine and now is 5:23 pm on March 13. I still having hard time to breath. I have to spent more money for my really bad damaged hair and I'm ashamed to go outside or go to work in this hairstyleBusiness response

Thank you for the chance to respond and for assisting me and **. *** resolve this matter. I am sorry that she is not happy. I knew she was upset when she was ready to leave my shop and I offered free service if she would return. I did suggest that she not get a perm that day, but get a haircut and conditioner and later, when her hair was less brittle, then we might do a perm. She insisted and I complied. My offer still stands if she would like to return to my shop.
In thirty years, I have never had such a complaint. I am glad to help resolve. I have already apologized and offered to make it better both in person and through **** in response to her complaint.
