4/21/24 - $104.00 I returned the switch I received, the switch I was sent by you all. I expect a refund of the purchase price $104.00. As stated in the first return message. I promise I did not send you my old switch. That one you all sent looked awful from the moment I received it. That switch you sent me is an old first-style switch (with the rotor thing); my car had the newer, smaller switch with the little slide thing in it. However, The switch you were retuned is the switch you sent me.Business response

This customer is attempting mail-fraud, plain and simple. They have already opened a payment dispute with their credit-card company, which we are currently fighting and hope to resolve ASAP. The customer was shipped a sealed box by ****** ********* ************* for an aftermarket dimmer switch, they returned their old factory unit. When called out on it they became quite belligerent, threatening us with aforementioned chargebacks and negative reviews, such as this BBB complaint.Initial Complaint

Bought a Roush CAI for my 2022 Ford Mustang GT. Put it on but realized its missing parts. Instructions were missing as were hardware/bolts. Roush told me this CAI isn't made for the 2022 & refuses to send missing parts. Blue Oval Industries is also refusing & called me a scammer. My box did not contain all the parts needed. Please help!Business response

We can not refund the customer as the customer started a chargeback with his credit card company. There is nothing we can do further. see attachment.Customer response

Email; sent to Blue Oval. Hi I have sent two emails and tried to call you with no returned response. I purchased a set of **** Tremor black 18” wheels from you. When my tire shop went to mount them on all new tires they told me one wheel was bad would not balance. They tried 3 different tires but could not get a correct balance. So I will ask that you send me a replacement wheel. I will then send you back the bad wheel. If I don’t receive a response from you I will reverse payment on my credit card. We sent customer four return labels to send back the wheels. They refused and started a credit card charge back. We are not taking mr. ********* to court. See attached court documents.Customer response

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please read my attached email files. Blue Oval Ind never once tried to honor their 30 parts guarantee. One wanted me to pay to have all 4 wheels removed and shipped back (large cost) Only needed one bad wheel replaced. I contacted **** as they past Mme off to them, **** said they would replace the one bad wheel but it would have to be done through Blue Oval. Ind. Blue Oval Ind refused. I even offer to paid them for the 3 good wheels and I would buy the 4th wheel eklswhere at my own expenses. They once again refused. They obviously continue to business way. They have done it others too if you read they're reviews. Just their way of doing business. They even went to the extreme of emailing me that they have spoken to our ******** ** chief of police and plan on charging me with a felony. From the very benign all I want is what I paid for $1,074.95 (4 wheel kit). Not 3 good wheels and 1 bad wheel. Regards, **** *********Business response

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Blue Oval Ind has decided to take me to court instead of replacing the defective wheel. I have offered to pay for all 4 wheels (indulging the bad wheel. But they are not willing to try to settle this. **** notified both Blue Oval Ind and myself that they would exchange out the bad wheel. But Blue Oval Ind has decide not to do that either. Blue Oval Has made no attempt to resolve this matter. Regards, **** *********
