My order went missing. The owner Scott Painter will not do anything to resolve the issue. Does not respond to my emails for days at a time. I am the one who must keep intiating contact in order to get a response. I first addressed the issue with Scott through emails on July 18, 2022. Apparently, he didn't even file a missing order claim with ***** and kept giving me the runaround for 1 month now! It has been 1 month! I am stuck without my order and money out of my pocket. I have to take time out of my work schedule to deal with this crap. Absolutely horrific business to deal with.Business response

The Package was delivered to customer within 6 days of order. *** ** has confirmed they delivered to the requested location and has denied any refund due to proof of delivery. This type of issue has become common with people ordering product claiming they did not receive it and requesting more product. We are unable to refund as we completed the transaction and have proof of delivery.Customer response

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I contacted *****. They told me that the shipper needed to reopen the claim. Contrary to what the shipper is claiming, ***** advised me that the shipper may open the claim for a missing package. ***** also advised me that the package may have been misdelivered to a wrong address or the package may have been stolen. Either way, the shipper needs to open the claim in order for the issue to be resolved. Regards, ****** ****Business response
