            Two years ago I had ********************** of First Choice Chimney llc inspect and clean chimney and at his suggestion he did extensive repair to the inside of the chimney, at the top of the chimney and the outside of the chimney. Last year I had him come back to clean and inspect the chimney because the sealer he put on did not keep the chimney from leaching. After inspection, he said that he would repair the cap which was cracked and redo the sealer on warranty at no cost. I arranged a time for him to come in early June 2022 but he never showed up. I have called him at least ***** times and have sent him a message on his website and he will not respond. He still has a voicemail and a website. He says that he is a member of the BBB and so thus I am file a complaint for him to honor this warranty or pay for someone else to do.

            I regret hiring Mr. W******** to parget my chimney. He not only ruined my chimney but was rude and disrespectful during the process. The cement has now begun to crack and it hasn't been one month since he applied it. I was willing to cut my losses by letting him keep the 23% deposit but he recently decided to even take me to court for the rest! Absolutely mind-boggling. Just go to ****** ****** and look at the pictures of my Chimney. The pictures speak for themselves...
