May 11, 2020 I put a $200 deposit for a siamese kitten (receipt attached) via PayPal to ******** *****. She seemed to be operating under Reprise Siamese Cattery. I was put on a waiting list and were told it would take about a year to receive our kitten. I corresponded with her through Facebook Messenger for almost two years, as she kept coming up with excuses for why she didn't have any kittens. Last year, I asked for a refund and she stopped answering my messages in Messenger. The Reprise Siamese Cattery FB account has also disappeared. It seems that you can remove messages in chat which I did not know or I would have downloaded them. She still has my contact information and my money, which I would like back.Initial Complaint

I paid $200 via ****** to ******** ******* / Reprise Siamese Cattery on 6/26/2020 as a deposit for a Siamese kitten and placed on the wait list. I waited well over a year before contacting the owner. I was told over and over that I would receive a kitten, but to this day (11/08/2022) I HAVE NOT! I requested a refund several times and was told it would be taken under consideration. The last several times I messaged the owner, there was no reply! Now there is no website, no Facebook page, not on Messenger! Absolutely no way to contact! I paid a deposit for a kitten, but have NOT received a kitten and it has been almost 2.5 years! The owner needs to refund my $200 deposit! ****** receipt attached.Initial Complaint

A $200 deposit for a Siamese Kitten was sent to the Reprise Siamese Cattery in September 2020. The kitten has not been provided as of September 2022. What followed is 2 years of broken promises, and now complete silence from the business on the status of my deposit. There has been no communication or attempts to refund my deposit.Initial Complaint

Reprise Cattery failed to deliver a kitten by the date promised. Moreover, they have been virtually non-communiative. They will not return emails or phone calls. We have received statuses only by sending multiple facebook messages. They never initiated contact to inform us of any issues with getting a kitten in spring 2022. Per the attached, they cannot give us an estimate of when a kitten will be available.
