Date of the issue was: 5/25/23 Amount of the receipt was: $62.99 I ordered to drinks called cherry slushy and blue raspberry slushy My complaint was the blue raspberry was sent with ice cream in it because they said I orderd a freeze blue raspberry instead of a slushy. I wanted to speak to a manager, but was told he was not there and I was told I was speaking to an assistant manager. So I asked him to please explain to me how I ordered the wrong drink when I was looking online and it didn't specify freeze (which supposedly means) ice cream with the slushy. It was then he called me a b***h which I doubt he thought I heard and hung up in my face. I called back and no one in that store would answer. I can't believe that customer service has gotten so bad now that people can call you names hang up and not answer the phone at a restaurant. I did file a complaint with the corporate but haven't heard back and I do hope something is done about this. Thank you,********************Business response

Spoke to the lady the next day and had a nice conversation.
She was upset with an employee the way he responded her.
I have sent her a DQ gift card. I hope she is okay now.
