      In January 2023 I used ****! to find an appliance repair company to fix my washing machine which was loud, off balance (not sure what the issue was) and AAPRO came to my house and "fixed" the issue after I paid $260. The issue was not resolved and I called them back (messaged through ****!) and they sent 2 more techs out to "fix" the issue. It seemed fixed but now that I think about it, when they asked me to check the sound the machine was making, one of the techs was leaning hard on the machine to keep it quiet/still, but I didn't consider that at the time. After they left, the original problem popped up again AND I discovered that they had damaged the interior drum cover (the bolts and metal were all bent from the work they had done) (this was a brand new machine in 2018 with no previous work on it) was broken. I contacted them and they finally sent another person out (who was on his phone the whole time) and then he left and said a part needed to be ordered. I never heard from AAPRO and then wrote and asked for an update and **** responded saying the part was on delay but ordered. I followed up a week or so later with no response. I now still have a broken washing machine, am out $260 which I paid for I don't know what and a broken part that they caused.

      I have photo and video about the job. Washing machine gearcase was broken and we replaced it. We spent over 300$ for the parts which I have the receipt as well. We traveled 5 times to the address. I did not earn anything from this job. I waste my time and paid more than customer paid but did not ask any payment

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This business knows they caused more damage than the washer was in, initially.  The crew member who came the second time was on his phone the whole time and therefore  could barely speak to me so there is no telling what he looked at.  He left without doing anything. This business had to travel 4 times to my house because of the damage they caused and the repair they couldn't make. Ultimately, they know they incorrectly repaired the washer and therefore, yes, they would have to pay more. I request a refund for the original part they ordered that was NOT THE RIGHT PART and caused additional damage and ultimately the washing machine had to be thrown away ans a new one purchased.

      I traveled 4 or 5 times, I paid around 200$ for the parts. I explained clearly to the customer and after the job she wrote me bad review already. This is not a good business she did and requested me refund. We dont agree with this point

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You spent $200 but I paid you more than that and the issue still was not fixed.  The bottom line is that I had an issue, you said you could fix it, you did not and the washer ended up being even more damaged than when we started. I am unsure how you traveling 4-5 times and paying $200 (which I paid you more) is an issue.  Isn't the bottom line customer satisfaction and fixing a problem?  I guess not.  Your business model must mean you just give up if you can't fix a problem and you leave the customer with a broken washing machine.

      Customer wrote me bas review already about the job and never compromised. And also another company did not repair the washer after me which I gave all information. Anyway case is closed already
