Majestic is unprofessional and dishonest. I scheduled a limo pickup for my sister and her husband for their honeymoon trip months ago. I gave them my credit card number and told them to call me directly if there was a problem with the card - at the time, they told me not to worry about a thing. A day before their trip, they claimed that they tried to use my credit card and it declined. They called my sister to get their credit card number instead. My sister called me and told me that the man who answered the phone had an attitude with her throughout the conversation. I called to speak to him, and he did, in fact, have a very nasty attitude. He told me that he tried to use my credit card 10 times and it declined every single time. My card not only did not decline, but they never tried to use the card, according to my bank. After re-iterating to him what was originally agreed to by him calling him directly for any issues (such as wrong card number copied, etc.), he then tells me that his driver came down with COVID at the last minute. When my sister's husband called him back to tell him that they were not going to use the service, he said "hallelujah". I find this company very unprofessional. I will never use them again and will not refer them to anyone. Choose a company that actually has a contract that you can see, because they don't use contracts and they lie to get out of mistakes that they have made.
