      A week before thanks giving Long's Corp was sent to us by ********* to diagnose why water backing up in the kitchen sink drain when take shower upstairs. ****, **** and **** came and diagnosed there is a broken drain line from 20" away from clean out in the basement room. They need to dig the concrete slab about 5"×3". They charged us $ 5245. They supposed to camera the drain line after they digged. But They did not . They said they fixed the problem but the same day we have water back up again. When we called them they said we have like second broken drain pipe which is 9 " away from clean out. The question is if there is a broken at 9" distance from cleanout how did they camera past 9 " and reached 20" distance and diagnosed broken pipe. From that moment we know they are lying to us. I dont believe there is any broken pipe. They are very dishonest. They used all our homeserve benefits .

      Long's Corporation came to customer's home to diagnose plumbing/drain problem responding to a work order from ********* *** Home Warranty. After finding a break in drain, we priced up repair, but customer didn't have inside coverage through their policy with HomeServe. We gave homeowner a price and contract for repair. Homeowner agreed to price and signed so we moved forward and made repair on pipe per contract. 

      When the line backed up again, we came out and cameraed line to verify our repair was sound. When we cameraed the line this time, we were able to see another problem near the stack. This may not have been visible to camera until line was flushed out by the water flowing past the repair we made. 

      Long's Corporation did not use up their benefits with HomeServe and we performed what the contract stated. Therefore, I don't feel that there should be a reimbursement made to them.

      Long's Corporation has been in business since 1936 and we are not in the habit of lying or taking advantage of our customers. This is evident through our ratings with many reporting agencies.
