Faisal M***** is the most immature, unprofessional, and dishonest attorney I have ever dealt. His behavior is beyond rude. He needs to be investigated immediately. It is not normal for an attorney to behave in this matter. He was very verbally abusive towards me because I didn't know the laws and protocols. He called me dumb and other names on several different occassions. He got offended when I defended myself and made up lies that I was rude towards his staff. He also made up lies that I contacted the opposing attorney multiple times. He is now suing me because I wrote a google review. This is definitely discrimation because of my handicapp and race.

I paid Terry Fox $7500 in Oct 2022 and he did NOT provide the service I paid him for. After only getting a few emails from him in Oct, I never heard from him again. I kept emailing him but never got a response and he refused to answer any of my questions. I told him during the consult how important it was that my rights as a home owner be protected and he DID NOT EVEN DO THAT! After several months of silence, I called him to find out what was going on with my case and he said he was no longer my attorney (no explanation as to why) and he said my account was showing a zero dollar balance (as in he'd spent all my money which violated the terms of the engagement letter I signed). Then I talked to Liz, his admin who said they were refunding some of my money but still offered no explanation as to why he bailed on helping me one month after he took my money. He took an already bad situation and literally MADE IT WORSE. I asked why Terry told me there was no money left and why they never sent the money back and only told me I was getting a refund AFTER I called to find out what was going on. No explanation as to why they hadn't returned the money but Liz said when I talked to Terry "he didn't have all the information". How is it that a guy who pays himself $420/hour "doesn't have all the information"? And I'm supposed to believe that he spent my money as he claims (even though he NEVER sent any records or information)? I do NOT believe either one of them. He reached a settlement with the other party and I wasn't even a part of it! I got stuck with the terms because I had absolutely no say and I was the only one who had to make any concessions! And it completely violates my first amendment right to FREE SPEECH! He had a responsibility to contact me and to return my money the MOMENT he decided he no longer wanted to be my lawyer and he FAILED at that too. Even after 4 months and multiple complaints to the VSB HE STILL HAS REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. One star is too generous.
