I was working with this company on a land purchase between me and my neighbor. The entire process was completely frustrating as the staff (Olivia S****** and Isobel G******) I was working with seemed completely inept at the process. I will admit Isobel seemed to know more than Olivia but it was clear that there was not much communication between the parties. I would go weeks with out hearing from them and there was very little follow up on the status of the action unless I reached out to them. I was trying to be considerate of the fact that I was not the only client they had but it was clear after awhile that they will not follow up unless you call them and then Olivia would fast talk me to believe she was working my case when ultimately nothing had really been done. When I called her out on this she scheduled a meeting with Isobel and I was finally able to get a clear understanding of what the next steps were. What due outs I had and what due outs the settlement company had. When I reached out to let them know I had finished the task, I could never get back in touch with them. I was referred to them by a real estate agent at Caldwell B***** so I reached out to the agent and they reached out to the settlement company on my behalf. Olivia completely misrepresented the facts of my case to the agent but suddenly I did hear back from Olivia. She let me know they were working my case but she failed to tell me she was leaving the company in a few weeks. Ultimately she left and never told me. I believe she had no idea how to handle my case and just strung me along until she left so she would not have to really do anything. I have followed up with the company and I have not heard back from anyone. There was no proper hand off of my case and they completely dropped the ball. In my experience this company is unprofessional, has no follow through, and is not knowledgeable about basic land sales. I would not recommend them.
