Omega World Travel, ******* ********, notified me, on 5/30/23, as to the charge of a service fee of $8.62. This fee appears to be associated with a reservation at **************Bethesda that was, at one time, scheduled to be from 5/29-5/31. Receipt also notes a "tour" on 10/23/23 (4 months into the future from now) that I am not aware of. (See supporting document: Omega Email Receipt).I canceled the ***** reservation in *** ****** on or around 5/8/2023. (See supporting document: ****** transaction History). It looked like something was wrong - reservation still showed as confirmed. ***refore, I contacted ***** to ask if the reservation was cancelled. On 5/9/23, ************ Services confirmed in writing that the reservation was cancelled as of 5/8/23, which is very much clear of the late cancellation deadline. I called Omega on 5/12/23 and spoke with a rep. I explained the situation to the rep and told him that the reservation needs to be cancelled. *** rep took down my information and confirmed that something was wrong.On 5/30/23 Omega billed me $8.62 service fee. ***** didn't bill me, it was not a "no show".On 6/1/23, I called Omega. *** automated voice service said I would receive a call back but never did. On 6/2/23, I called Omega again, spoke to a rep. *** rep took down my information and told me that management would circle back. As of 6/13/23 I have not heard back.I also tried faxing the number on BBB on 6/9/23 and 6/12/23 but the fax call was not answered / picked up either time.Omega's email receipt shows (in the subject line) my trip date as 10/23/23, which does not match the dates of the purported hotel stay.Business response

The fee is a ****** fee, not an Omega World Travel Fee. He has to go back to ******.
