Brought my car in for safety inspection and they told me it failed for an exhaust leak as well as a power steering leak. The manager Bradley E***** quoted me 4500 dollars total including parts and labor. He told me that he had to replace my entire exhaust because it could not be welded and my engine had to be removed to fix the power steering leak. Fast forward, I took my car to another place who confirmed the exhaust and power leak however they ended up fixing my issues for less than 600. The told me that the pipe could be welded and the fact that Pineridge Shell told me it could not is a common scam to increase cost. Also, my engine did NOT have to be removed to fix the power steering leak thus saving over 1200 alone that Pineridge Shell was going to charge me. I will never go back to this place and have reported them to the authorities for unethical business practices. The entire time Bradley the "manager" was trying to pull this on me Mo was sitting right next to him nodding. In summary, Bradley and Mo are unethical scammers taking advantage of misinformed customers in Fairfax VA. Fortunately I was able to catch on and go elsewhere, do yourself a favor and do the same,
