Order placed: Saturday 04/01-01:27 pm Ready by: Saturday 04/01-1:42 pm The amount I paid the business $57.08. 3 items 1 arroz con pollo Regular $14.99 Add ones Grilled steak $3.50 Cheese dip on rice $1.25 2 arroz con pollo Regular $14.99 Add ons Cheese dip on rice $1.25 Subtotal: $52.22 Taxes: $4.86 Total: $57.08 The nature of the dispute is they did not put any cheese on the rice on any 3 of the arroz con pollo that we had ordered.We had also ordered 3 extra sides of cheese dip they had left out of our order as well. They refused to resolve the problem and they were hateful and rude. Order #: *********Business response

We are willing to offer this consumer a partial refund but we do not believe it is fair to give them a full refund.Customer response

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am not satisfied with this solution because it should be a full refund not partial because not only was they rude and not willing to fix it,they also messed our meals up. So, how would that be fair to a partial refund especially when we could not enjoy our meals? Regards, ******** *****
