Our son (*******************)'s funeral service was in beginning of december 2022 when we paid for the service, cemetary grounds, engraving, and vases to be installed. After he was buried, we were waiting patiently for the engraving to be done but it was only completed in end of march after many calls/emails and following up. Now we are waiting for vases, which were paid for back in december. After leaving ****** review in april, ********************* from National Memorial service contacted us and was able to give us an ETA (end of may) but now we are not able to get any updates about this.I am seriously troubled at the fact that 1. it takes more than 6 months to install vases that's been paid for in the beginning, 2. no updates or news of installations or engraving or upkeep of the cemetary is given 3. no one can be reached, unless you are physically there to get the sale for funeral service 4. memorial park should have the decency to take care of these basic needs of a family who's grieving.Business response

My father was buried at National Memorial park in February of 2022. Service fees, burial plot and marker fees were all paid in advance. After the burial, they were supposed to contact me regarding a headstone. Six months went by and I had hear nothing. In August of 2022, I reached out and began the process to select a headstone. It was ordered and additional fees were paid for additional wording. It is now April of 2023 and I have no headstone and I'm getting the runaround from staff. My original representative is no longer employed with the organization. He left in the middle of the transaction and did not even tell me.Business response

Dear Sir/Madam, I have made several attempts by email/phone calls/website but no response!! We have paid almost $20,000 for my Mother's burial at this cemetery but was appalled to see the condition of my Mom's resting place :,( on my last visit on December 20th, 2022(could not identify which space was hers). My mother passed away Sept 23, 2021 and we have not received her Tombstone either. I understand orders are behind due to Covid but atleast they can keep the ground clean and marked considering how much they have charged us. Plus we both 2 more space next to my Mom for myself and my Father. Please see the email I sent to my Rep, ****** ******* and followed up several times by phone calls and reaching out to manangement SEVERAL times but no response! I am so dissappointed with their service, I cannot change my mother's resting place but I want to get my money back for the Tombstone so that we can go elsewhere and get it. ******************************************************************************************************************************* Morning ******, I was at my Mothers grave site over the weekend and was utterly heartbroken and disgusted to see how the space was…could not even figure out which one was hers??. Her name plate was gone n garland, flowers, etc we had placed were gone. Tombstone order was placed Oct 2021 and it has been over a year!! If they don’t deliver by this year end, we would like our money back so we can go elsewhere. We paid thousands of dollars to have a presentable and respectable site but have been very dissappointed.
