    I ordered kitchen cabinet for a new construction in December 2021 for a total amount of $35K and they delivered incomplete and damaged products in September 2022. They promised to finish the mudroom cabinetry with $2000 once I place the kitchen order of $33K. However, once I paid the money for the kitchen of 33K they were asking for more money for the mudroom (not 2K) so I decided not to order the mud room anymore. They ended up delivering broken and incomplete products with missing pieces. **** promised to pay the carpenter bills of $500 for 2 incorrect cabinet repairs and I repaired some parts in September but he did not send me the check yet. I keep telling them to send the remaining cabinets because without base cabinets I am unable to complete the countertop. Without the countertop, plumbers cannot finish the work and hence I will not get county inspection approval or an occupancy certificate on time. After several calls/emails, NV Kitchen partially delivered cheaper brand products in December (after 3.5 months) that I did not order but had no other options because I was paying mortgages without occupying the house due to delayed kitchen cabinet delivery. I paid 4 months of mortgage and other bills due to delays in delivering correct kitchen cabinets (September to December 2022). Finally, I moved in January 2023 and **** from NV kitchen promised to fix everything by January 2023 with his own carpenter. He bought one carpenter and he took all measurements and it's been 6 weeks I text and call him every other day but he didn't reply. I would like to get the following compensation from the company: 1. Four months of mortgage payment which is $5363x 4= $21,452 2. To repair the damaged and incomplete cabinets (material and labor) = $4500 3. Carpenter bill of $500 that **** promised = $500 4. County permit extension fees for delay in final inspection (due to NV kitchen and bath) $880 The total requested amount for my loss is from September until February= $27,332

    I have used NV Kitchen and **** (************) on two occasions. The first time in 2018 we completed our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen is displayed prominently on their website, and despite all of the challenges throughout the project we agreed to use them again this past year.We went under contract in August 2023 for a January 8, 2024 start date. January came and they realized they had not ordered the cabinets so we were delayed until May 20. The actual start date was May 24, 2024. We have met all of our financial obligations per our signed contract, with only 5% remaining due at completion of work. Since I made a significant payment on June 18, the company has conducted no work on my home. I fronted $3K to start fabrication of the countertops on my project with the understanding the company would pay the balance due upon installation. The company did not and the fabrication company had to take payment from me. Mind you, this is money I already paid to the company. I have four children, no kitchen, and no accountability from a company I have a signed contract with.The designer is gone, our PM is gone, the subcontractors are not paid. The owner took our money but has not provided any work on our project despite promises of new staff and new teams of workers arriving on July 2, 2024. I know he is trying to sell (or already has) and I have to assume my job has been abandoned since I have heard nothing from Mr. *************
