This is for the Woodbridge location - If you value your bike I would not bring it here. They are unprofessional, unethical, and have shady practices. Do NOT trust them with your bike. Brought a brand new 2022 Street Triple RS for an oil change, they could not properly complete the oil change and put the chin fairing back on loose (hanging). It was hanging by 2 bolts which flew off not to mention after the oil change there was oil all over my bike. Belly pan fender was damaged due to lack of skill from technicians, servicing department refuses to pay for damages they caused. **** in the servicing department was not much help, he made matters worse and continuously makes excuses so they do not have to pay for damages. I've brought my bike here multiple times and every time something goes wrong. ***** go missing off the bike, TC sensor was messed up and the bike would not go over 20 mph, bolts and anchors went missing from belly pan fairing and tail tidy. Save your self the trouble and pay the extra money for a reputable dealership/servicing department. I would give half a star if possible. I will not be returning to this unreputable and dishonest dealership/servicing department. Thanks for all the help **** (Service Manager) - Great customer service (NOT).

I am sorry you were not happy with the service you received.  Your motorcycle is a 2021 and it has never been serviced.  We recommended a full service and you only wanted an oil change.  If we had done a full service we would have tightened all of your nuts and bolts.  Where we failed was our technician did not make note of what he found while performing the oil change so we could inform you. Because of that we felt partially responsible and we replaced all of the missing nuts and bolts.  We paid out $70 for news nuts and bolts on just an oil change.  We do stand behind our work and our technicians.  We try to see it from the customers point of view and correct our mistakes.  We are not perfect but we are honest and do what is right.  Again I am sorry for any trouble and sorry you don't feel we took care of the issue.

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

More false statements from the business. This motorcycle is a 2022 bought brand new and has had all serviced done at ****** *********** with paperwork to back it up. All service has been done on time with the dealership where it was purchased. The one time it goes to your business for an oil change it magically runs into problems and all of a sudden all bolts are lose. Very poor integrity from your business. Very sad.

      Regards,

Date of Transaction: Approximately middle of September 2021 The amount paid to the business: $591.98 (repair order invoice number *****)The business assured me they could fix the problem that causes my *** ** ****** to not start when cranked. The nature of the dispute is that I paid $591.98 to fix my bike. Four months later I picked the bike up in my trailer, when I got the bike home the bike was displaying the same problem, not starting. I informed the business that the bike is the same as it was when I took it in. They asked me to bring the bike back to resolve the issue. Three weeks later they call and said the bike was now fixed and ready for pickup. I picked the bike up again and when I got the bike home it had the same problem, not starting. Plus my GPS device was damaged and not functioning, I also found a hole in my bottom front panel. The business tried twice to fix the issue of the bike not starting and failed in both attempts. Subsequently, I took the bike to another dealer (***** ****** ****) who fixed the issue and I paid $409.93 to the dealership for their service. I asked Coleman Power Sports to refund my money paid, also I asked them to replace my GPS device that got damaged while in their custody and to replace my lower front panel that was damaged while in their custody also. They refused my request. I had to buy a new GPS device at a cost of $549.99. Circled Items 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 on the *********** *** invoice are the only ones related to my bike no start issue. Coleman PowerSports invoice for $591.98 is also attached.

Coleman PowerSports is a certified ****** dealer with factory trained technicians.  We offer a 30 day 1,000 mile warranty and stand behind all of our work.  When contacted by the customer we asked him to return the vehicle so we could look at it again and determine what was causing the issue.  We were expecting the customer to return as agreed.  He never contacted us about taking the vehicle elsewhere until after he had done so.  In regards to his GPS.  We never had any reason to work on or near his GPS while the unit was in our possession.  We never operated the GPS to know if it was working or not.  As originally stated we would have been happy to stand behind our work if given the opportunity.

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
Coleman Power Sports had my bike for more than four months from September 2021 until January 2022 on their first attempt to fix the bike.  I gave them another chance to fixe the bike and this time it took them three weeks before they called to pickup the bike.  Two attempts to fix the bike was fair.  After two attempts their technicians could not diagnose the problem.  It would be the standard to give a service shop at least two  attempts to fix a mechanical issue, and that's what I did, a third attempt would be foolish on my part. Evidently Coleman Power Sports does not stand behind their work.  If so, why was I was told when I bring it back and they find the real problem they would have to charge for parts and labor again!!!  I was already out of pocket for $591.00.  Also, regarding the GPS, it was water damaged, there was water inside the screen.  The bike was filthy and I believe left to the elements too long.  Rust spots were everywhere.  The whole in my lower front panel could have been caused by their test rides, I was told they took the bike out for test rides.
