              On 10/03/2022, I purchased a car from this dealership. I added a GAP Insurance through the dealership. I recently refinanced my loan and was trying to cancel my GAP Insurance. For a week now (since 06/12/23) I have been trying to reach the finance manager I worked with when purchasing my vehicle in order to cancel the GAP. Each day I have called them and the finance department has either not picked up, or transferred me to my finance manager ********************* who I've left 3 voicemails for and sent an email to. The longer I wait to cancel this insurance the less pro-rated money I will get back.

              I bought a Tundra from them. The truck is awesome, and I have no complaints. I am out of state, which is where my issues with this dealership come from. There was paperwork that had to be mailed to me, then signed and sent back to them asap, it could not be faxed or emailed. The paperwork got to me late on Friday after I went to work so I couldn't mail it out until Saturday morning. My salesman, William C*****, asked me to upgrade the shipping so that they could complete the sale and that I would be reimbursed for it. I have a text message from him saying they would send me a check for the amount. He also asked when the truck would be picked up so that he could have the truck cleaned and fueled up. I told him on Saturday that the truck would be picked up Wednesday morning, giving him plenty of time to fuel up and clean the truck. Thursday, when the truck arrived via car hauler; it was not cleaned, and the fuel gauge was on E! I told him about it and his text message back to me was "Idk what do you want me to do about it." I told him to send me gift cards for gas and a cleaning so that I could get it done, no response. I sent another text asking about the reimbursement check, no response. I DO NOT recommend buying a car from here unless you enjoy being lied to!
