            Purchased a 2020 Acura *** in 2021 from Radley Acura, FallsChurch, VA. The vehicle had around 5,400 miles on the vehicle and in the listing it said new tires were on the vehicle. Not sure why at that milage. One tire began to leak and took the car to ************ **** in Las Vegas. They said the tire had previously been patched and the patch failed. They patched it again. Tire began to leak again and went to ******** **** in Durango to get it fixed. I was told it had not been fixed right and the tire was not safe to use. The patch was suitable for an ATV but not an ***. The patch was not done correctly. Also told the tires used were not for an *** and were intended for a Porsche. After two failed patch jobs gone bad I am unable to drive the vehicle unless I buy new tires. Acura should be paying for them.             Out of state buyer here. Contacted Radley Acura to make a deal on a dream car, Type R i've wanted and to use a trade in I had. At first it felt welcoming but quickly turned into just shady / information being withheld when asking for how much total they ran my credit for. I had been on the phone with Hassan in Finance negotiating my payoff, We decided on a different number and was told i would get a call back, never did. meanwhile david run my credit still even though we have not agreed on any payoff amount i was comfortable with. They used the lowest payoff amount for their benefit and at no point was i given ANY specific numbers for my vehicle and the Vehicle i wanted. I asked multiple times and met rude responses and no CLEAR answer. I have screenshots and records showing my interaction. This was a terrible experience and feel like I was not cared for at all.
