I registered for services from this company for lead generation on August 2021. I was promised qualified leads and paid $299USD for a period of one year. one month throught the service I realized the leads were no good and I cancelled. No one called back or replied to my messages. I stopped using the service and lost access and thought it's cancelled. A year and a half later, April 2023, this year a charge comes on my credit card for a charge unknown under SSREC Falls Churchill VA, I didn't recognize. I also never received a receipt for charge or anything. Contacted my credit card company and claimed it as fraud. The credit company credited the amount. Then in October the credit company reversed the credit and return the charge back on. Since, then with their investigation they told me it was Regentology. I tried to contact them by phone by email without any luck to reach anyone. They charged my account for $299USD. My credit card company now it's too late to dispute this as it is past the 90 days set time frame. please dispute this with the company and have them refund me the amount as it was not authorized and I have not used their service since August 2021. I paid $299 for real estate referral leads that were to be screened before I received them. I never received any legitimate leads from this company. The fee was to be refunded after the first transaction closed. This had never occurred. They have since turned off their support email and phone number. I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I originally signed up for REGENTOLOGY on 2/8/21. They are real estate lead generation company. They send leads, and if the client closes on a transaction you pay them a referral fee. They sent me some very low quality leads for about 9-12 months and nothing was ever closed. They stopped sending me leads and I had asked to cancel. To my knowledge the relationship and agreement was terminated in early 2022. I did not receive any leads or any communication form this company for over a year. Then in April 21 of 2023 my business credit card was charged $299 to a company called SSRECHTTPSSMARTSTAVA. I did not recognize this charge so I called my credit card company to see what this charge was and where it came from. They informed me that the charge was from Regentology to my suprise. I challenged the charge but it was still pending, as in the agreement I signed (attached) it clearly states that the set up fee of $299 was a one time fee. Which I paid at the initial set up back on February 8 of 2021, and I have included the credit card statement showing the charge.They told me to contact the company directly to dispute the charge, so I tried to and the only phone number for the company Regentology available online was disconnected. I tried to reach the company via email, but the only way to do so is to fill out and submit an information request form, of which they never responded to. I completed and online cancellation form, but never received any notice of that being processed. This company is a fraud and there are numerous complaints about them online.Initial Complaint

This company called me to subscribe to their lead generation system. They sent me roughly 5-6 leads and they were all not real. The people on the other end did not want to be contacted. I am requesting a refund of the money I gave them for not performing.Initial Complaint

After being contacted by Regentology, I signed a real estate referral agreement with them on 10/31/22. They had me pay a set up fee of $299. None of the leads sent to me responded and I called several times to let them know of incorrect contact information for some leads. I wanted to update some information with them and continue trying to reach out to possible leads from them but my login is no longer active, their phone number appears to be no longer in service and their website no longer advertises the services I signed up for with them. I paid the $299.00 set up fee and signed the agreement for referrals to start coming in for real estate leads. There was an agreement to a 25% fee per transaction. 4/24/2023 I cancelled my subscription with this company back in 9/2022. I called, set my subscription to cancelled. I received many calls about renewing my subscription and I repeated myself...no renewal. in April they charged me $299. I disputed the charge,,,they lied to the bank saying I had authorized the charge. Not sure how they retained my card number since i removed it from my account. Now their website and phone number have been disconnected. This company is unethical and dishonest. Buyer beware!Initial Complaint

Regentology is a real estate referral service that I signed up for on 02/19/2021. Per the Referral Agreement, there was a one-time set up fee of $299 that was PAID on 02/19/2021. After the one-time fee, the agreement states that I would pay them a 25% referral for any closed deals. I received leads for approximately 6 months, and then I never received any communication from them again. I never closed any deals from the leads they provided.Here is the complaint: On 04/20/2023 I was charged $299 out of the blue. I filed a fraudulent complaint with my bank and eventually got back information that Regentology had charged this amount saying it was an annual "subscription fee" and that I had not "cancelled" my subscription. There is NO such annual subscription fee. This is blatent theft! I have attempted to contact the company, but it does not appear to be operational. The phone number provided no longer works. It does not ring. There is no longer a log on link in the upper right corner of the website home page for me to try to log on. I went to the Contact Us link on the website and tried to submit a message that way, but I received an error stating Your submission failed because of a server error. I sent an email to a support email address I previously had on file with no response.I have filed an appeal with my bank with all of this information. Most realtors probably would not notice the charge, or would not challenge the assertion that this was a "legitimate" annual subscription fee. Probably none of them would still have the actual contract documentation.This company is stealing from past clients.
