BUSINESS, THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!!!! I found their page on instagram. Ishwa was very quick to respond to my request. She was fast to help me set up the decoration for my engagement that was planned for January 1st, 2022. Unfortunately, as everyone knows COVID had a reoccurrence during end of December and beginning of January. My fiance and his entire family caught COVID. I had no choice but cancel the entire event, as i didn't want anyone to get sick. I notified Ishwa about the cancellation on December 31st. On her own will, she went and set up the hall a day before without notifying me. Due to COVID, a lot of businesses have a COVID reimbursement in place. But, this company is very unprofessional. Their contract was mediocre and did not include a reimbursement policy in it. I had hired a DJ, make up artist, Photographer and Videographer, and baker for my event. THEY ALL REIMBURSED ME BACK!!! These cheap people did not even try to work out a solution. Like I mentioned before Ishwa was very quick to respond to be in the beginning. But, once the cancellation occurred, FIRSTLY, she did not even answer my phone calls, not to mention I called multiple times. Once, she decided to answer her phone, she cussed my father and I out, saying ungodly things. The disrespect was unbelievable how someone can switch up that fast. She was very deceptive to reel me in to use her services, but once I was forced to cancel my event, she switched up on me. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOW LIFES! ISWA AND HER HUSBAND They managed to get away with stealing my hard-earned money, I was already upset about canceling my event, and not getting a refund made it even worse! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN!! THEY ARE BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!! I wanted to take this to court but honestly, it is not worth my time to waste on these low-life people and their trashy business.
