Ordered a custom radio strap in person from this business on April 1st at an ems conference. I also paid for expidited manufacturing. 7 months later he has ignored 4 emails. Finally responded by saying that they no longer are making leather products, and he can only credit the money to an embroderie project. We never received any follow up or notification stating he would not fulfill our order.Customer response

I purchased 2 radio straps and 2 holsters from the business and one holster came apart. **** offered to fix it and it has been over 2 years now. He kept saying he would replace it and mail it out but still nothing.Initial Complaint

Ordered a radio strap on 1/27 with a rush order. Website states 1 week turnaround on rush orders. Have contacted multiple times via email with item supposedly being shipped over 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received. Been in contact the past 2 days and yet to be shipped. Paid ***$ for a radio strap. Was told 2 days ago that he had forgot to ship it. However it was completed. Due to mail already being sent for the day he advised he would send it the next day. Followed up the next day and a sick dog delayed the shipment. Text today and still have not got confirmation of shipment nor response back. With price paid for item this type of business and customer satisfaction is lacking.Business response

This product was indeed shipped out and the tracking number was sent to the customer. It is Tracking Number: **********************. Our website does also state that turn around times are an estamate, and can be longer. Rush fee, as well as shipping cost for this order will also be issued to the customer.

I have ordered a radio strap through this business through a free offer from a raffle that was won by a friend. Luke agreed that I could use my friends free radio strap offer, so I submitted my first order with him via text on July 9th, 2021. I never heard back from Luke, so I just assumed he would process my order and ask me the follow up questions needed, like my address, at a later date. I never heard back from him, so I sent him another text on August 6th, 2021 to cancel my expedited shipping request. He instantly texted me back after that and apologized and said my order turn around was going to be 3 to 4 weeks. I agreed that was fine and said to let me know if he needed anything. After 4 weeks, I texted Luke again asking for an update and if he needed my address or anything to send the strap to. He asked for the name on my order and I explained again that it was a free strap won by my friend that he said I can use. After giving both names and saying I had originally submitted my order via text and can resend the order to him if he needed me to, he said yes to resend the original order from July so he could confirm it. After resending the order via text, he never responded. I waited until Oct 5th to text again. At this point I asked if I was going to be getting a strap or not. He said the order was placed and I would get it in 4 to 5 weeks. I waited 6 weeks (Nov 18th) and messaged again asking for an update. He said his texts were deleted and that I had to send the order AGAIN and he would get back with me Monday (Nov 22nd). I expressed my displeasure with that but resent the order. I waited for Monday and texted him at 3pm to see if there was an update and he has never texted me back. He still does not have my address and won't respond. I am not convinced he is wanting to fulfill this order at all. This type of business practices cannot be tolerated.Business response

This customers product has completed production and will ship on Wednesday. Customer will also be sent tracking information. Luke’s Leather is a small business and with covid it has been difficult to get hardware in stock to make these products. Each of our products is made by hand, and takes a significant amount of time to make. We apologise for any inconvenience.
