On October 27, 2022, I purchase a transmission from AutoZone, was told by the manager (*****) that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for it to come back because she had to order it and the company, she ordered it from Nutech would make a transmission to fit my car. Transmission was back in less than 2 weeks. I purchased the transmission with a 3-year warranty . I have had 2 people working on this *********** to get it to work with no success, I finally had my car, 2014 ****** Rogue tolled to ****************** on June 29, 2023, where they had to get another transmission to work in my car for the one I got from AutoZone was no good. I got my car back in August 2023. Called AutoZone talked to *****, told her the *********** was no good and ****** had to get another transmission to put in my car to work, She told me to call Nutech the company she order it from for a refund. Called them talked to ************* said that ******** is responsible for the refund because they sold me the transmission, I called ***** back She said she would call them. Called her back after a few days she said she put in request for a refund and it will take a few days, a few days have turned into a month and still no refund. I have called her every week she says it's in process that it will take some time. I have been carrying this transmission in my car for a month I just want to return and get my refund. I have my receipt from AutoZone but I couldn't upload it. Thank You ************************* ************
