            We found these house cleaners through their business card. We hired them to clean our house every two weeks. The first time they came, they used our mop and dust broom to clean the floors. The dust broom was not used, instead they started mopping without dusting the floors. This left hair and dust on a wet mop that they did not clean out before leaving. When they dusted, they used a dry clotth to dust only the edges of the furniture instead of removing items on top of the furniture. They were supposed to dust the blinds, but they were not touched. The trash was also left behind in the trash cans. They also left within an hour on the nose, and left the rugs in a pile on the floor and the wet mop left inside a bucket and dust mop with hair still on it. There was dirt underneath the dining room table, the bathroom sinks were not completely clean either. There were also cobwebs in the ceiling.
